The software is a bit confusing at first but you eventually figure it out and learn how to use it. Not good for offices where you have to get permission from IT to download any software.

Easy to set up and easy to use. The size is perfect to store away on a shelf or in a drawer.

I do wish I'd gotten the wireless version but for now, this will do. It fits in my computer bag and doesn't take up space on my desk so...for me that's perfection!

While it scan to my computer pretty fast it has a bad tendency to jam up on page 11. For the price I expected more. I also have bought the 50 dollar scanner from epson and it did just about as nice.

When it cooperates it's great, but often I find myself having to start over because multiple pages feed. I make sure they are not stuck together (because of a staple that WAS holding them together) or creases that would case them to be hung up on each other. A few times I have had to unplug/plug it in to operate.
