Purchased for starter business, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on one because I don't have a large amount of scanning on a daily/weekly basis. When scanning 10-15 pages at a time although you can scan more, some pages still stick together 3 out of 10 times. It's also a small scanner, so my pages do not align properly even after adjusting the side bars, but it is 99.5% accurate on the alignment. It scans fairly quickly. Overall, happy with the purchase, quality and value.

The scanning is not always aligned no matter how much you try to align the paper. The 20 page feed makes it convenient, it is fast, reliable and software allows you to keep back and front page. I’d say if you overload it you’ll get a paper jam 1 in 10 scans. If it’s a 20 page document I’d do 10 twice. When u do 20 you are most likely experiencing a paper jam and have to start over again. Good for personal and light work use but not great for heavy office/ business use.

makes my day so much easier, scans to a file on my computer, and I save the info, or can print or drop into an email without having to leave my office to go to the main printer that probably doesn't work anyway. no need for the Bluetooth features because du to the security in my office, my IT guy said I wouldn't have been able to use this one,..Quite and compact..ideal for my situation..

Bought this to scan pdf s and convert to word docs. Fantastic!. Easy to use and set up. This has saved me so much time, updating documents. Scans pictures beautifully as well. Scanned all my old files, including tax docs and put on flash drive to free my life from so much paper. Scans quick too.

So for anyone who moves or travels a lot this is your best friend. We bought this so we can keep track of our receipts while moving. This was the best ideal EVER!! It is portable and fast!! So if that is what you are looking for than look no further, oh and did I mention fast....20 pages fast.

Right out of the box it was easy to setup. So far it has been working well. There software that you use to upload and file on to your computer could be a bit more user friendly. Does the job though!

I use Linux for over 90% of my personal computing, so I was very pleased when Epson started making Linux compatible drivers and software available for several of their scanners. As a result, I've purchased several more Epson scanners (this ES-200, an ES-400 for faster scanning, and previously a DS-30.) In addition, the fast duplex scanning and long page support are huge pluses. While Linux software is available, it is not officially supported and the feature set seems smaller. However, I' glad to see the effort and am willing to support Epson by purchasing additional scanners.

I'm very satisfied with the product. All the functions I wanted in a portable scanner it was able to do like scanning a double sided document. It is also fast. Since it folds, it is compact enough to be packed in the computer bag with the computer.

I have scanners, but wanted a portable unit that would run using the power from my computer. No extra power cords to find a outlet for. Scans both sides and while I have not used the software fully yet, the scanner it's self, I couldn't be happier at present.

Was looking for a small, portable scanner which would do color and 2 sided scanning. This Epson has met all my expectations. The flip up paper holder on the cover is a plus, so I do not have to hold paper to scan. Various selection for scan DPI, up to 600.

Wow!! This little guy really surprised me. Don't be fooled by its size, this scanner is awesome! It is very small, super fast and with one-button scanning, really easy to use. I bought 2 for our office just to see how they would work out... they are great and will probably get 2 or 3 more for our office to use instead of the scanners on our MFPs.

This is a good duplex scanner that has a minimal footprint on your workspace. I would closely look at your needs before buying one. They do have portable versions around this size that are wireless and scan directly to your phone, computer or tablet. This communicates via USB and needs a computer to scan and send to. If you need a compact, duplex scanner, this seems like a really good offering.

As an Insurance and Billing Coordinator, I scan EOBs all day long. This has literally cut the task time in half. I didnt give it 5 stars because it does pull multiple pages in at once on occasion and it is sensitive trying to find the paper. Most times I have to adjust the pages for the scanner to recognize there are papers there. Nevertheless, it still saves me so much time.
