This scanner is fantastic! It has already saved me hours of work (in the evenings in my hotel room) sending my data in after a long day of work. I carry it with me on every job!

I originally wanted a Fujitsu ScanSnap but thought it was a bit expensive. Opted for this as an alternative and so glad I did! It’s fast, efficient, and easy to use. The scans are a good quality and easy to edit. Set up was easy and I can scan various size documents without any issues. So much better than my former Near Desk!

Easy to download software and hook up. Says can do up to XX of photos however make sure they are the same size so they scan straight. Otherwise it was as easy as opening the app, loading the photos, Start scan, loaded up to software and I then saved to HD folder.

We have owned this scanner for more than 8 months now, and we love it for several reasons: 1) it works really well; has never jammed on us; drop the stack of papers in, one or two sided, and boom, it scans... 2) it's fast... 3) it does not take up much space when we're not using it... highly recommended!

Scanner does just as good as more expensive scanners for much less $$$. Haven't had it for long so while durability is not in question I can't say how long it will last. We've had similar but more expensive scanners in production at work for 6-8 years...

We have several of these items in our offices and I wanted one for my office computer instead of using other people's scanners on occasion. I have used it more often than anticipated, so it's been a great purchase. Works very well! Consistent and easy to use. Great cost point for the functionality and reliability.

Great scanner for speed...been scanning lots of old photos and documents using this scanner. The software is a little finicky (have to restart the laptop and scanner at the same time in order for it to work). The quality looks good from what I can tell and being able to do dual side scanning has been awesome. Would definitely recommend to those trying to get rid of old documents and photos (big time saver compared to using a flat bed).

These are great scanners. I have been using these types of scanners for years now for work. Scanning hundreds of files in a single day, these scanners makes this task much easier. We currently have about 12 of these scanners at work. it's an essential tool for us.

I got this scanner because it was available at Best Buy, was within my price range, and seemed able to "do the job." Well, it can do the job - it scans rapidly and automatically and I get good results. It installed easily with the appropriate download of software. Very pleased.

I've previously only used Fujitsu scanners. However with the Mac Catalina update, I couldn't use my Fujitsu anymore. This scanner was recommended to me and I really like it. I like the fact that if I scan double-sided and if the 2nd page is blank, I can delete that page before saving my scanned document. My only complaints are (1) If you are just doing basic scanning with low resolution, this scanner will scan your document very quickly. The higher the resolution, the slower your document will scan. (2) If you have something taped to your document (i.e. adding machine tape), this scanner is so sensitive that it will read it as two pages stuck together and will not let you continue scanning. Its a good thing but a pain. I had to adjust the settings to remove this function.

Very good quality on 600dpi; however, pages per minute slow way down at this resolution. At 400 dpi, quality is pretty good ad speed is good too. Lower than 400 and the quality is sufficient for text only.

This is the 2nd one I bought for our office. The first has been very trustworthy, efficient, and easy to use. So, figured, we would add another of the same. Easy to install and begin using. Good for even mid-size volume scanning. Does color and black and white. Offers OCR feature. Good machine.

This high speed scanner did a fantastic job and came with several software features that really helped efficiency.

I am an IT company and we buy these scanners for our medical clients. They are very easy to install, very reliable, and works with all of our client's practice management software. Quality of scan is great and scanning multiple pages are very fast. We recommend this product.

We had a previous version of this scanner at work and loved it. This is the latest version and it's still a great scanner! It's quick, can scan in color and B&W, single-sided or double-sided. We have a few of them and they get tons of use!

I like the scanner , scans fast and works the way I like it too. I would buy it again. I would give it a 5 star but for a few small items. I like I can store the documents on my laptop using the normal file folders. Its just you have to do a lot of clicks to do it and you can only scan one item the store it. It will not scan another an item until you store the first one. No big deal but could be improved

I've used a Neat scanner for several years and really got to the point where I hated scanning documents. Lots of quirky stuff with the Neat product. I read reviews and decided to try the Epson. We actually purchased two for our office. So far it has been awesome. I've only tried a small pile of documents, maybe 4-5 sheets at a time so far, but the process went smooth. My absolute favorite part is the double side scanning. Once the document is scanned it simply has you click where you want it to go, for example, an email or a document file. Very simple, super quick and the compact size is perfect for my desk. Definitely recommend this scanner. Oh yeah, one final tidbit.. we use Best Buy Geek Squad and the tech we work with loved the scanner when he set it up at one of our work stations.

The scanner works well overall. I found the software, Document Capture Pro, difficult to customize and retain the default selections. It doesn’t seem to let you select a destination folder or filename for each scanned item, it only saves to the default location and file name that you setup. I like the size, it does not take up a lot of space when it is closed.

This scanner was very easy to set up. Took maybe 5 minutes. As for use, it couldn't be more simple. Scan quality and speed is very good. Updates pop up automatically and install quickly. This is a great scanner for home or small business use.
