Excellent Scanner - Difficult Setup

The quality is excellent. The Wi-Fi setup is difficult as the instructions lack detail. When setting this up on Wi-Fi you PC or Mac must be connected via Wi-Fi and not ethernet. Also, after you use the USB (included) to make the temporary connect remember to disconnect so that the software recognizes the Wi-Fi rather than the USB.

Best Desktop Scanner!

It’s faster and can scan more efficiently. Highly recommend! We have it plugged in to our Desktop, but you can also use this product wirelessly.

So much easier than a flatbed scanner and it is much faster. Why didn't I know about this sooner?!! Very happy and it networks well, as well as being small enough to be portable and I can scan to my phone! Just awesome if you have to do a lot of scans and need to be mobile. Highly recommend this

I've had the same one for a few years now and it has never failed me so I bought my mom the ES-500W II and she loves it. She can't use the WiFi on it at her job though because of the IT's security on the WiFi system. So she plugged it in and it still works great!
