Excellent scanning. Does both sides of the paper and can do cards and licenses without issue

I love this scanner, Easy to use. If I can connect it anyone can. But you can't scan too many pages at once.

Works great. It has gotten used a ton as we transition to digital. Looking to get a second for the office.

It’s only been a month, but this scanner is working very well for me. Using it with a MacBook Pro was a piece of cake. Document feeding is flawless and the OCR software is much better than what I had with an older Canon scanner. This seems like a great option.

Using these scanners as a work from home option has been wonderful!

The one touch scan button on the scanner itself will not function for me. I have to launch the scan software and then initiate the scan within the software, which is a bit of a hassle. I tried to use the Help features and Google for ways to solve this issue, but struck out miserably. It’s a shame, considering this is not an inexpensive scanner. If not for that, I would give this product 5 stars across-the-board. The 2 sided scanning feature works great and the image quality is excellent. Overall, I am pleased.

What an incredible scanner, I can't believe so many features it has, for example: Easy wireless scanning to smartphones, tablets, computers and online cloud storage accounts using the Epson Smart Panel mobile app; Easy sharing to email or upload to popular cloud storage services; create searchable PDFs and convert scanned documents to editable Word and Excel files; image adjustments like auto crop, blank page skip, background removal. but the best of all is get organized in a snap, because captures both sides in one pass. How incredible isn't it? is the best!! This scanner is super fast, accurate, and doesn't miss pages. I have scanned about 1,000 pages so far and the scanner has worked pretty much flawlessly, saves me a lot of time. now this scanner Epson ES-500W and I we are the best friends, I work in a small business and I just want to get rid of the mountain of paper that comes with personal or business records management and believe me it really helps me a lot. I did not experience any problems with the quality of the documents. The software is easy to use, the wifi set up too was flawless and I've not had any problems. a good tip would be you can also select the slow speed on the scanner if you feel the high speed might damage your originals. it so easy to set up and use! great price and works great

This is another quality offering from Epson. The scanner works well, produces great two-sided scans and is extremely fast and quiet. I have tested up to ten documents and it completed in no time. The interface is also very nice and not the least bit complicated. It installs seamlessly on both Windows and Mac. The interfaces and software are almost identical between the two and both function without issues. There will be a primary computer designated for when you scan from the scanner itself. The primary computer will be the destination for the scans initiated from the device itself. There can only be one primary. However, any computer that is on the same wireless network with the software installed can access the scanner through the software and bring in new scans. The interface walks you through the process and allows you take multiple actions once the scan is complete. The options include saving it to a PDF format or several other picture formats. It can also be attached to email, several cloud drives, Microsoft Office Products or simply printed. There is also an option to create customized save actions, which makes this interface better than all others I have seen in the past. This scanner is a must have for home and business. The amount of paper we receive is overwhelming and digitally storing it so much better. There is no better way to organize papers than scanning and saving them. The folder options are limitless and they can be backed up externally.

One might wonder why buying a scanner if I can have an all-in-one printer, however having a single device for that purpose may be a better alternative, since in reality the manufacture of this device is focused on making it as effective as possible. From unboxing one can see that ease and practicality are of the main features of this product, it's very easy to install once outside the box, with the help of the app that is specially designed to work with the scanner, it can be configured to be able to start using it. It can connect via USB, Wi-Fi or ethernet depends on the needs of each user, the app works simply and effectively, when scanning the first pages I could see the quality which is great, and the speed with which the documents are scanned and sent to the service you want to use is quite good even using the scan option on both sides of the page. The size of the device is sufficient to be able to be placed practically anywhere, in addition to being able to bend so that it takes up less space and unfold when the scanner is used. It seems to me that if one needs to scan several documents and convert them into formats of our convenience the price is worth it, I am one of those people who likes to have devices that can correctly and effectively do the work for which they were designed instead of causing me more inconvenience and this scanner is one of those products, I am quite satisfied and I can highly recommend this Epson - WorkForce ES-500W II Scanner.
