I really like the Epson-ES 500 WR, it's fast, lightweight and convenient to use, plus you can use it wireless. Once the scanner is connected to your internet, it is just quick to perform and scan documents. You can connect the scanner to the laptop through the USB cable or just use it wireless. Also you can use and scan documents using your mobile device by just downloading the app. Edit scanned documents by downloading the Epson scan. When I tried to scan documents, I am really impressed how fast the scanner perform the task. And the two-sided scanning was easy to do. This is a great go to scanner for those who do a lot of high volume scanning at once or scan frequently on a daily basis. Right out of the box this handy document scanner is easy to use. There is not much to it. Just connect it to your computer, download the software and your ready to go. The function buttons are pretty self explanatory without having to look at the manual (e-guide).However, the guide is pretty handy without the waste of paper. Some of the features I liked is the wifi option. Even though I prefer to have it hard wired, the wifi feature is a pretty handy feature. Another feature that I liked was the ability to scan the document slowly. This can be very important when scanning delicate or old documents. Overall this is a great option for people like me who want the option to get rid of all the paper and scan in my receipts to keep a digital copy. It saves lots of space. love this scanner, its very easy to install and quality made. I like scanning my family old photos and i can see how clear and nice it is. Scan results are very good. I turned on all of the enhancement and restoration settings. In some cases, the results were excellent. In others, the scanner and software made unacceptable changes. I set the option to save an original copy plus the enhanced copy. This gave opportunity to chooses which to keep. was very impressed when i install this product.

I am really impressed with the Epson Workforce ES-500WR scanner. Setting it up was a breeze, the directions are very easy to follow. It doesn’t come with a CD to set it up but it gives a website for you to download the software to your computer. You can connect via Wi-Fi or connect with the scanner cord. There is also an App to download on your phone so you can send scans strait to your phone. One feature that I think is awesome is that you can scan a two sided document at one time and it picks up both sides. If you have a receipt or document that has color on it, you can select the option to scan in black and white, color, or grayscale. You can save as a pdf or Jpeg. The resolution can be set up to 1200 dpi. You have the option of sending your scan to various programs like Excel, Word, Google Drive or Drop Box. There is also a program called Manage Receipts which allows you to input the information in fields like date, vendor and the dollar amount. I love this feature because my husband is a truck driver and owns his own business so I am constantly having to separate his fuel receipts amongst other to have ready for tax season. This programs allows me to scan all of his receipts and document them accordingly. This scanner is very durable and compact. It allows you to scans multiple receipts or documents flawlessly. There is a eject button of the side that allows you to open the scanner if your document gets jammed. You can set a timer to shut down the scanner as well. I am so impressed with my ES-500WR I had to share.Several years ago,I bought a WF-3520 All-In-One printer and it has been a workhorse.This year I made the decision to go paperless in my office and I began scanning all my papers with my trusty WF-3520.It worked but was a slow orocess.Because I have had such good luck with my Epson All-InOne when it came time to upgrade my scanning process I naturally looked to Epson.The Epson ES-500WR has blown me away!! It came complete with everything needed to set it up and get working quick including the latest Nuance scanning software license.The instructions were very easy to folliw,and within 20 minutes I was able to begin scanning.The ES-500WR is quick,quiet and able to scan receipts,business cardsmtwo sided documents as well as your run in the mill 8.5×11 sheet of paper. Good quality scanner I have a epson all in one that this compliment's it well. the scanning doc quality is good. took awhile to set up. Epson drivers take awhile to install and update when you have multiple devices. Over all really happy with scanner. It can scan many different items, and multiple items with the tray. I would recommend especially if you need to record many documents and store them on your pc.

I've been using this scanner for about a week, and its help eliminate all of our household documents including receipts, warranties, contracts, medical documents, kids documents, etc. Once I started scanning and realized how easy it was, I started scanning to PDF and then organizing into folders. The scanner comes with Epson accounting addition software, but I have yet to dig into that, although it looks pretty cool. I LOVE this scanner! It is small, folds up to be even smaller and is perfect for our new business! I was really dreading the set up, as I always do with any of our new electronic items. I was shocked at how easy this set up was. Once you get into the website, the instructions are very simple and the computer does most of the work for you. One of the best features of this scanner is its speed. I own another scanner and it takes much longer from beginning to end. It was a very pleasant surprise to see how fast this completes a task! Another plus is that it copies 2 sides if needed. That’s very helpful with the things we need scanned! I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know looking for a scanner. With all of our new business receipts, documents and other items needed to be scanned, I’m looking forward to getting everything organized! This scanner is faster, easier to understand and use then any other scanner I have had before!

So I set this scanner up a couple days ago and have tried it out a few times. I at first had trouble getting it setup to my wifi but after re-downloading the software needed I was able to get it working. I already own a all-in-one-printer so I was just expecting this Epson scanner to be similar. However, I was blown away by all of the features such as long page scanning and ID scanning. I am just an average consumer that uses these types of devices for personal matters. I am very excited to continue using this scanner throughout times when I need to adult such as pay bills or scan receipts. 10/10 would recommend this product.
