Epson WorkForce ES-865 Color Duplex Document scanner is a great and affordable scanner to have at home and at small to midsize offices. The scanner is very fast at scanning and converting text at an accurate rate. They have a large ADF compared to many other scanners. My only problem with it is that there are no wireless or mobile connectivity available for workers who would like that option. It's a great multipurpose scanner. It has now been one week since I first started using my Epson WorkForce ES-865 Color Duplex Document Scanner and it has been a major game changer. The scanner is quick, quiet and doesn't take very much space. The quality of the scans are excellent. I really like this scanner because it quickly scan documents and receipts. This scanner doesn't take up much space, It is perfect for home office use and small business. It is well constructed and performs very well. This scanner must be use with the computer via USB 3.0 connection. This is the most fastest scanner I ever had. I have been using the Epson Workforce ES-865 for a few weeks now, and it has been a complete savior in so many projects. For the longest time, I was using a hand head scanner, which got the job done, but just seemed to take way too long to complete the simplest tasks. I have used several other scanners for work and they all seem to wear out over time or require a lengthy setup process. This was NOT the case with this scanner. It was very easy to use and synced up to my PC very quickly. The use of the fire wire makes document scanning very fast, and easy to name each file for quick recall. This is the best scanner I have ever used! Emailing, faxing, or just copying a document, this scanner is for you. The clarity of each page is as if you have a $1000 dollar industrial printer right at your fingertips. No more fighting with that office printer. I have been using this scanner for a few weeks now for both and work and am very impressed with the speed and quality of scans. I was previously using an old, flatbed scanner and never realized what I was missing with a scanner upgrade. It is fast and I loved that you can put in multiple pages at one time. The only thing it is missing is network connectivity and wifi. I would love to be able to scan and have it automatically sent to my computer or my phone. It is a little bulky and has to sit on my desk, taking up some room. This scanner is great! It was so easy to unbox and get set up. The instructions were so easy to follow and I was ready to go within a very short amount of time. It is always a win when set up does not take much time at all. The scanner is extremely compact and does not take up much space at all. The screen is just the right size and easy to read and follow the prompts. Everything needed comes in the box to complete set up. It looks very nice and compliments my set up at my desk. Once I had everything set up the scanning process has been so simple! The best part is how fast this works. In the past, I have been discouraged by how long it can take but this scanner keeps things moving super fast. I love that I can scan to the cloud to keep important pictures and documents safe in a place that I can access easily. It scans on both sides of the documents and is quiet while it works. I received this product for my real opinion based upon my experience. This is great product I use it at work and for my small business and it works great it takes both sides of a document on a single pass saving me so much time also the dimensions are great I have a small office and this fits perfectly I have other epson equipment and it never fails the software has a lot of great options and for those integrating cloud in there jobs and businesses this scanner can make a difference overall speed☑️ Design☑️ Scalability☑️ Functionality☑️ I really like this product.
