Very easy to set up and install in both windows and on a IMAC. Excellent output of both printing and scanning. The scan does appear to be slightly slower from the document feeder than my previous unit; but is acceptable. At this point it is too early to make a comment on whether or not the ink supply is lasting as advertises.

I have had the printer little over a month very easy set up and I am not tech savy. I bought the printer bc it does not use cartridges and I would literally go broke just about replacing them in my industry as a realestate agent. Prints very well but prints and scans a little slower then I thought but I am use to one of those huge industrial Ricoh printers at my office. This is used in my home office and veery pleased. I did take out the warranty on it just in case something happens to it as I was told it can not be fixed that it will be just replaced. With the cost I figured the $50 investment for protection plan on it was worth it. Hopefully never have to use it but it is there if I need to. Overall I am happy and has made my life much easier so far. Highly recommend spend the little extra as it will pay off in the long run not buying cartridges.

So far this has been a great printer. Time will tell how long the ink will last but since it's only $25 for new ink who cares!

Excellent output and minimal ink usage. I recommend this unit to anyone looking to save on long term ink cartridge purchases. Initial cost may be more; but the savings in ink purchases make up for it with a plus. My only wish would be that the duplexing was automatic.

Cost more than other comparable printers but will save you time and money on ink in the long run. Not the most vivid of printing in color but more than adequate for anything work related. I'm not looking to print pictures on photo paper anyway. Set up was easy. I have had it several months and have only used about half of the black ink and the color ink has barely moved. Replacement ink is cheap. I do light to average printing in a small office.

My computer ability is no more than average. It was difficult to set up, any mistake means that you must start over at the beginning. The lack of instructions make it hit or miss to set up a new function. Its output is acceptable, but not up to the quality of the HP it replaced.. After an hour I still haven't been able to do photographs. If you can accept the short comings for the cheap ink, it is OK.

The Eco Tank is great. The only way to go. It has so much ink and is very inexpensive to purchase more. Only about $13.00 per refill. Doesn't come with an owners manual, but has a great start-up guide. I will be going on line to find the owners manual. I like to read about all the features. It is quite easy to use and looks great. Love it, Love it, Love it.

This printer is working great. Prints great photo's and has some great software to connect with Chromebooks, Android and IOS. Wish photo's would print edge to edge, but otherwise great.

I run a home business and make a lot of copies. I had a printer that was working fine but I was spending a fortune on ink. I purchased the Epson ET-4500 after reading about the eco tank on this unit. It prints much faster than my previous copier which is great! I love it's size and functionality. It is already paying for itself in what I would have spent on ink. I would highly recommend this product!

I have been very happy with the printer since we purchased this printer. It is easy to set up and easy to use. I like the cost of the ink. Well worth the money that was spent.

I tired of buying ink cartridges for HP printers. When my last one quit working I chose this one because of the ink tank feature. It is expensive, but by the time I figured what I had been spending on ink cartridges, I think I will come out ahead. So far, the printer does a nice job with no paper jams.

This is a great printer. It is very easy to set up and prints with quality. It can be a little messy filling the tanks if you are not careful.

The ink refills are very inexpensive and have a lot of ink. This unit makes great copies and is easy to set up and use.

Very economical, practical and efficient. Only negative is that it does not have double sided feature. Have to manually print double sided.

Easy set up of the printer and initial print good.

Only had this 2 weeks or so and it is a great printer. Wish it had a better LCD display, otherwise it is ok. Also wish it had a photo paper tray but it is easy enough to pull out the standard paper and put in the smaller photo sheets when needed.

So far so good, It prints pictures very good and that's the main reason I bought it.

Very pleased with the printer so far. Easy to set up. Completely disagree with those that say the ink fill was messy and difficult. Can't wait to see how the ink holds up.

Purchased this printer a few months ago and the ink tanks are still full. With my old printer I would be buying more ink by now. Well worth the money.

Love the printer and what is capable of doing. Love the fact the ink lasts really a long time and will be inexpensive to replace vs cartridges.
