I was a bit skeptical when first buying this printer, but after much research I found this printer to meet all my needs. I'm in College full-time as a nursing student so I have homework, assignments, and notes that must be printed. I love the fact that it's eco-friendly because it seems as if you never use ink like you would with a traditional printer. I believe Epson when they say the ink will last up to 2 years because I have already printed several pages and the ink levels have yet to drop. Even though it's a bit pricey up front, you save your money by not having to purchase ink near as often.

I love this printer. I'm thankful that I don't have to worry about ink for a long time. Only thing I don't like is the drawer..it doesn't hold much paper.

So far I'm very pleased to have bought it. It's good enough for home business. The quality is great and compact enough for my office. I'm glad I bought it.

BB was out of stock, on lower priced Epson. Manager took in my trade and made price affordable. I have run through 2 reams of full color paper, hardly a blip on INK level. Think a year of printing might be as advertised, for Epson Tankless.

It's been working without a problem. There's only been one paper jam. It was easy to set up; however, the DVD/CD did not work. I needed to call Epson assistance which turned out to be excellent. Trixie walked me through downloading the software. I use a USB connection, so I can't comment on the Wi-Fi aspect. I have not tried to send a fax, so no comment there either. The price was good and I received a $50 trade-in allowance for my old machine.

I just wish it would have larger capacity of trays for paper and paper feed and it would be faster. But a great product for low volume printing.and scanning

I had originally gone into BB to purchase another trusted brand of printer. The Epson specialist was there to offer information on their product and provide examples of completed projects from their machines. I was quite impressed and the no more ink cartridges really caught my attention, including the cost of refills -vs- number of copies per refill...This was a no brainer. So I bought the biggest consumer unit available and the machine works flawlessly, set up is vague, but WoW ! how it prints and copies. Incredible - well worth the money under $500.

easy set up and use, i really like the easy fill for the coulours, no more need to spend $$$$ for the cartridges that last barely a month.

I owned other printers like everyone else, the most popular one. But after reading about Epson Workforce ET-4550 I decided to give it a try. We all know most brands give you their printers for almost nothing, well you'll pay for it when you buy their ink cartridges. I bought my Epson printer for a lot more than any other printer I've ever owned but it will pay it self on the first year of ownership and on the long run it will save me a lot of money on ink. I'm sure the Eco tank system is the way you go if you do a lot of printing !

I did quite a bit of research on this line of printers before purchasing as they are at least twice as costly. But that is only initially as the cost savings long term are remarkable. So far the quality, speed, small design and ease of use are all 5 stars. The only small negative I have found is that you have to be gentle with the paper drawer as it's not meant to be handled roughly, and doesn't hold more than one size paper, and as I use two that has been a small hassle. Otherwise I recommend this highly for home and home/office use.

Seamless wireless printing from your iPad. Fast, high quality printing. A little loud vs. a laser printer, but a lot cheaper in the long run!

This printer is awesome. It does anything you need at home or in the office. Print-copy-fax-scan all in one Bluetooth wireless unit.

This printer has a ECO Tan,k instead of buying expensive ink cartridges you fill up the wells with affordable replacement ink bottles. The printer came with enough ink to print up to 11,000 black/8,500 color pages, plus replacement ink bottles. Since I haven't printed that many pages (11,000/8,500) I print whatever I want to with out the fear that if I print to many color pages I'll run out of ink and will have to buy cartridge. Love this printer and would recommend to my friends and do.

Printer is clear and does not use a lot of ink. It is however somewhat noisy and a little slow.

Took little troubleshooting to set up. Once up and running, it works great. Fast too. Haven't used the fax yet so don't know its functionality.

This is the first printer i have owned that has not had ink dry up on me within the first month. A bit on the pricey side but when you take into account how much i previously spent on ink over time it is well worth it!

Prints quality color, ink is inexpensive and last, easy to set up, can't say enough good things- best printer I have owned!

The printer is easy to set up. It prints fast and clear. The fillable ink is better than the cartridges, the ink last longer.

As advertised-thousands of pages per ink bottle-at only $13 per bottle. Great quality and speed-and ease of use. Thanks
