I have only used it for about a month, so far no problems. The set up didnt go so good but everything is working, I couldn't get the scanner to work using the set up programs so I used a different program (PDF Scanner) and it worked great. Its a lot faster then my old printer and of cross I love no ink cartridges, so tried of buying them at the inflated prices.

This printer works well for documents. You can print photos but it is not a photo printer. The scanner works fine; I make a lot of PDF files from documents. I also have an Epson scanner v600 and it's a much better scanner. Be sure to buy the extra warranty, that can be very handy if you need to return the printer or exchange it if something goes wrong.

Good printer just don't like the way it prints photos on 8 1/2 X 11 inch paper, ink won't dry. Haven't figured out any way to get it to work.

I purchased the Epson ET-4550 and am totally thrilled with it. I am so glad that I will not constantly have to purchase ink, as it will print so many copies. Also, another asset of this printer is that it came with an extra set of ink. GREAT to make copies and not having to worry about running out of ink so fast. Love this product and wish I had purchased it sooner. Well worth the money it cost! Highly recommend this product.!!

I have not used this printer a ton so I haven't needed to replenish the ink yet so I'm not sure how I will like that process. The printer was easy to set up and worked great right out of the box. The only reason for the 4 stars versus 5 is the print quality. It is not as good as my previous all in one epson ink cartridge printer.

I was looking for a printer that used Toner, since we use our printer a lot in the office. But the Best Buy associate showed me the Epson printer with the one with ink tanks, how much better on ink it would be for my small company. I have it for about 2 months now. and WE love it and I will purchasing another soon. GREAT quality.

Excellent printer, fax & scanner. Works perfect for what we want. My wife is the one who use this more often, she is not a geek and it is easy for her also..!!

I purchased this printer to replace an Epson Artisan 810. I had used the aftermarket inkwell systems, but they were clumsy at best. Now that Epson is using the inkwells, I purchased this unit for the home office. It prints very fast and I would highly recommend it. I have not yet printed any photos to see how much color it provides since it only has 4 unique colors. My Artisan 810 had about 6 cartridges.

Easy Set-Up. Great functionality. Absolutely love that this doesn't use ink cartridges. The only reason this is not 5 stars is it can be a little loud at start-up if you haven't used it in a while. I'm guessing it's "priming" the pumps or something like that. If I could give this 4.75 Points, I would. Best printer I have ever owned!

I've never owned a printer where you had to refill the ink tanks. I thought it would be a lot of hassle but I was pleasantly surprised that it's actually easier than the cartridges. When you compare the cost of the cartridges to the ink and how long they both last, clearly the ink refills are the better bargain. The ink refill bottles are less than half the cost of the cartridges and last longer.

This is a great printer, scanner, copier and fax unit. Thus far, the ink seems to be an improvement over my last device which was also an Epson. Make sure you use the correct quality of paper when printing photos the correct paper quality will avoid bleed through on the page. Very good print quality for photos as well as documents. It's been a couple of months and I'm glad I made the purchase.

I have been buying Epson printers for a long time, last one not so good, but now they have the Tank Ink printer thought I would give it a try...and...I Love It! had it about a month now and all works perfectly, especially love the Wi-Fi, works great for me and pretty easy to set up, I would recommend spending the extra money up front cause the ink will last a long time, good-bye buying ink cartridges!

I was so tired of replacing ink on my older HP inkjet. This think is a beast and comes with plenty of ink right in the box. Highly recommended so far.

Lots of great reviews on the 2 year supply of ink and the low cost per page.... Perhaps but after using a color laser for the past 3 years- these pages are just NOT vibrant - sharp images- just dull!

Recently bought this printer to replace an ink guzzling printer from a different manufacturer. We have another EcoTank printer at another location and I cannot say enough good things about it. We have had the other one over a year and to date have only had to add black ink. Such a delight not having to run to the local store for ink cartridges. I would highly recommend this printer.

its slow and glitch, paper never feeds properly! We waste more time trying to get paper to properly load! When it does print, quality is very nice. Missing my high output laser printer. On the plus side, ink is SUPER CHEAP which is why we bought!!!!
