Same price as a Laser Printer but with out the expensive cost of Laster cartridges. My ONLY complaint is that the scanner is a bit slow. I wish it pulled pages faster when scanning. Otherwise I love it.

I was a bit wary when I read that this printer held enough ink for 2 years worth of printing. I was replacing another Epson so I knew the quality of the products. The fact that I have Epson quality and enough ink that I don't have to go out every month for some color cartridge makes it worth the extra money.

Good printer, ink lasts a while, only problem it's for some things it prints slow.

This printer is great for my small business. Love that I am not worried about having ink refills In stock.

The copier has the larger ink tanks and should save on toner costs. Only time will tell if the extra cost of this copier is returned in toner savings. If not, I will really be disappointed. Initial copies seem good and colors appear accurate.

this printer is amazing! Easy to set up. I did have a question and called customer support and they were fast to answer and great at answering my question. No more ink carts to buy!! I wish this came out a long time ago. The fax part is great too.

this printer has the network connectivity, speed, duplex, and ink capacity characteristics that we have been waiting for. since we upgraded our comcast to xfinity we had problems connecting with our old printer. problem solved with this ET-4550.

So far so good on saving ink. However the feeder keeps eating papers

I love the quality of Epson printer's. I am in graduate school and print a lot of research articles. This has really saved me with purchasing ink. Set up was extremely easy. The only issue have experienced jas been streaks when I print in color. I haven't taken the time to problem solve this issue.

I bought this all-in-one to replace a similar HP printer. The print is great in color, black and white, or gray scale. It is as good as the HP, for a fraction of the cost per sheet. Ironically, the lower cost of ink will save us the price of the pinter within three months. Excellent product and value.

Just started using it makes good quality copies I will let you know how long the ink lasts. Setup was not that smooth took 20 minutes for the copier to load the ink and setting up my 3 computers took some effort but so far it's ok.

Always use Epson printers This new one is great because of extended ink usage without cartilages

I have always had HP printers in the past but Epson is my new favorite.

I use my printer everyday. I've bought and returned 3 printers in the past 2 years because they left lines or super slow or just quit working. this one wasn't cheap. But not having to buy ink cartridges will pay for itself soon enough. prints fast, prints clear, and so far no problems

It should be the best all in one printer ever!!! If I ever get it out of the box. Too busy.

This is a great printer and I haven't had to purchase cartridges...YAY! Some of the plastic parts aren't the sturdiest, but I still like it over the cartridges running out and not working even though ink is still left. I have not had to refill yet, so it makes a lot of copies.

I am a fan of HP printers. That being said, the ink capacity on this Epson is a BIG selling point. I do not think the print quality is as good as the HP printers but we will withhold final judgment to see how the ink hold out.

No problems so far, been solid for the price. I would recommend.

Works for me as advertised. Bought on recommendation from Leo Laporte, the tech guy.
