Epson does it! Love the savings on ink! Fast set up. No problem!

Printer does its job well; scanning or printing. Also uses less ink than my previous printer. It is, however, noisy. Would help if it weren't next to me, but then I'd have to get up to feed paper and other functions.

We had basically the same printer without the ink reservoirs. I got so tired of constantly seeing " low on ink" messages. The cartridges were expensive and contained a small amount of ink. We looked at other brands but were pretty happy with the old printer except for the cartridge issue. This model resolved that frustration.

It prints fast, quiet and makes clan copies. The bulk ink feature is long over-due.

Very simple to set up and use. I like the price of ink compared to other printers.

I have been using this printer for several months. So far it has been working great - printing, fax, wireless printing, copying, two-sided printing. My favorite aspect of this printer - I no longer have to stress about running out of ink and buying new cartridges. BB's extended warranty covers the other worries for at least a few years. Very happy with this purchase.

I've only had this printer for a short time and have limited experience with it but it has performed very well since I purchased it. Needless to say it was costly compared other printers and only time will tell if the added expense was justified.

Impressive printer. Wireless capabilities work extremely well. Haven't had one problem with it yet. Setup was easy and the instructions were actually correct. Imagine that! Crisp definition.

This printer produces crisp excellent black print. The problem I've had with color is that since I don't use it for color every day, the jets seem to dry and have issues when I do want to print something color intensive. So far, going through the cleaning process a couple of times does the trick, but I'd like to find some way to prevent this from happening in the first place. I love the more affordable ink, and even with the steeper initial purchase price of the printer, I think in the long run it will save me significant money in ink. When I do print color, I print a lot of it for short runs. Overall, I'm satisfied with this printer. I think I'd have the same trouble with any of them.

This printer is very economical in ink usage. It is not as fast as other printers and is a bit noisy. The print quality has been good on print jobs thus far. I am satisfied with the overall package.

Excellent printer for everyday printing. I don't do much more than that so I cannot comment on some of the other features. I have not printed photos but assume it will work fine. Printer responds fast, easy wifi setup. Works great with printing from my pc (windows 10), iphone and ipad. Considering it is a $500 printer you would think the display would be larger and the menus easier to navigate....this is my only complaint. Otherwise a great printer if you do not want to deal with ink running out constantly. Much faster than my Canon MX882.

Finally... Epson stopped fighting us with CISS needs. They are going to realize this is what we wanted all along. I have no problem buying their inks in bulk now. The printer prints beautifully. Comming from a WF-3450, this prints a little slower, but not a deal breaker. I miss the color touch screen and dual paper holder, but the reasonable cost of feeding it ink is a welcome trade off. The jury is still out as to the longivity of this unit, as my last three Epsons have failed at around the two year mark. I would still recommend this printer to anyone who does volumes of printing. The builtin ink tanks are the star here.

I did a lot of research before buying this Epson printer. My prior printer was an Epson and the print heads plugged up fairly frequently. I would run it through the whole cleaning process to get it to print clearly, but that process wears out the print heads, which is what happened to my 2 year old printer. That and the continuous cost of ink made me really reluctant to buy another Epson. I should not need to buy ink for a long time with the large ink containers on this printer. The printing quality has been excellent for the documents and pictures I have printed to date. The footprint of the printer isn't really any bigger than prior printers I have owned. I like that the carbon footprint of this printer is smaller - no cartridges to have to turn in for recycling. It has been an excellent choice so far!

Straight forward and easy to use right out of the box. PrInterior pictures look amazing and the economy tank set up is already paying off in savings instead of constantly changing cartridges. All in all Great investment.

I bought the ET-4550 (to save on ink cost) from Best Buy on March 4,2017. However, It did not work, nothing would print, I called EPSON customer service and they ran all the tests with me but still no luck printing anything (paper would come out blank), so they let me return my new copier/printer since I called within 30 days of purchase, otherwise I would have been out of luck as I had not bought the insurance from Best Buy. I got the replacement unit a few days ago and just setting up today, I will see how it works....so far it did print this time...but concerned about reliability since my other EPSON XP-820 printer I bought less than a year ago, had a jammed paper yesterday, I cleared it, but still displaying paper jammed and even after following all the prompts, and turning the computer off and also unplugging the unit from the wall still showing the same display "paper jammed". So its unuseable at this time, ugh!' So Im starting to loose confidence on EPSON products at this time as a reliable unit. Definitely buy the BEST BUY product insurance if you buy an EPSON printer, for that matter any printer just to be on the safe side..
