You have to make a conscious effort to make sure stacking very upright. I have had one occasion of getting a nonsense statement, but this went away when I unplugged it and held the start button for a minute (to eliminate the static). It seems to provide many printed pages per cartridge (which is important to me). I have had this printer for 6 weeks.

Replacement Printer

I went on line and pulled up the manual, make a long story short- it factory reset. Worked!!!

Needed a new printer and especially one with WiFi access. Given the package overall is a great fit for my household. And the new ink program is an added bonus.

All good but not very reliable printing

But the printing is a little faulty in terms of how the paper is loaded. Many times it takes in more than 2-3 sheets of paper and gets jammed. Other than that all other features work really good probably my device was the only faulty one.
