Wish this one would allowed the option to still print using color cartridges if run out of black ink. Paper tray too flimsy and should be better quality.

I tried printing on glossy paper and it kept jamming and feeding like 5 pages at a time. It took the ink 48 hours to dry. It was big and bulky for no reason. Returned!!

Spring for a better one

Had issues with paper jams if you let the paper tray get lower than 1/4 full. We print a lot around here and so we dealt with jams ALOT. Also, the no duplex scan was kind of a deal breaker.

I had to grab a high yieldBig printer that can handle the volume of prints I do daily.

Work good make fast copies
