Not worth the money

Paper use

It will pull several sheets at a time often. When scanning it will not pull all of the pages in for scanning. It will stop after 2-3 pages. This thing drinks ink like water. Never again will I go back to Epson products. My last all in one is no longer available or I would have purched another one.

Poor quality & terrible ink

I was immediately concerned with the cheap and thin plastic. I decided to give it a whirl anyway and the ink literally was close to running out after 1 day of use. I returned it and bought another Canon.

This Printer Sucks

I just bought it in November 2019 and it's trash. Hopefully the warranty is good that we bought along with it. We'll see I guess.

Better options

Goes through ink fast & has connectivity issues even after updates. Have to turn off & on to print a second set of prints & can not find devices often. It came at a good sale price but has many issues.

Don't buy, you will be disappointed!

If you have over 2 sheets to copy the paper jams. I see now why it was on sale. Epson was purging their inventory to get rid of them. I kept it to long to return to Best Buy.

Stay away

This printer has had printing issues by grabbing multiple sheets instead of one regardless of what kind of paper , how many sheets are loaded and kind of paper is used. It constantly prints horribly as well regardless of what type of ink is used and the heads must be cleaned 3-5 times in a row often to just print off black and white work copies . I won’t be purchasing anything epson for a long time until they get their quality control up. Allot of folks complaining about the same things with no change in company production .

Bought it less than a year ago and it has already died. Spent a little time online trying to troubleshoot, but frankly not worth the time and energy to try and figure out. And, it appears this product is either tremendously backordered or no longer available. My biggest disappointment is that I spent a bunch of money to have ink cartridges on hand for this printer and frankly, that is the biggest lost investment from having to replace this printer with something else.

Horrible!!!

Loses connection with wireless network constantly. Have had to uninstall and reinstall drivers more than 4 separate times. Even the dialogue with my mac is different from every single Epson printer I have owned. I was dedicated to Epson printers until this one. NO MORE!!!

Do NOT Buy!!! Do NOT Buy!!!

It is impossible to print 2 sided because multiple pieces of paper get fed through printer at the same time. The Automatic Document Feeder also does NOT work. It also feeds multiple pieces of paper at the same time. The ink cartridges are tiny and do not last. I had to replace all the ink cartridges twice in one month with only light printing. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!

Run! Don’t walk!

It eats 5+ pieces of paper to print one document, then gets jammed repeatedly. If you’re using thicker paper, be prepared to print one page at a time. The brand new ink cartridges dry up if it hasn’t been used in a month. It won’t print unless all cartridges are replaced. Changing paper sizes is a nightmare, and it can never figure out which cassette to print from and you can’t set it. Seriously! Don’t do it.
