    Poor print quality and uses a LOT OF INK

    I spent an hour in the store looking at all the printers Best Buy had in stock. While there I pulled up review after review trying to decide which printer to buy. I wish I hadn't decided on this one. It is flimsy, poor print quality, uses a great deal of ink and cartridges are expensive.

    Runs out of ink fast

    Runs out of ink quick. Cannot recognize the difference between legal and letter sized pages when printing pdf file with mixed pages. I was sold this printer being told it was exactly what I needed. Now I’m stuck with this printer that I’d love to return and get a better one.

    Not very happy with this printer

    Unfortunately the worst printer I have ever had, it jams the paper the first time I used it, it doesn’t print clear very poor quality and after 5 times using the printer the message came up, “run out of ink”, good thing I have insurance, But still, I’m not very happy with this printer.

    This is not a great printer. Printing even at a high resolution, is not great. The scan software does not want to work half of the time. It continually reverts to wireless only. Save your money!

    Doesn’t scan when it’s out of ink. Goes through ink WAY too quickly. As a small business owner, this all in one has impeded my operations on more than several occasions. Replacing empty cartridges depletes half full cartridges.

    I purchased this product July 2020, opened said product August 2020. It prints sparcy, light and unreadable paperwork. Changed ink 3 times with this and still not working. Will be bringing this product back.

    The was a waste of time and money!! Fax just crumpled the paper, first ink would not print black. Bought new ink and it printed unreadable! Do not buy refurbished this is crap!!!

    Bad printer on every aspect

    The printer keeps crashing and asking to restart at least twice a week. It also runs out of ink incredibly fast as well.

    This was absolutely the best printer I have ever used. I’m able to printer regular and legal size. As a mobile notary I’m able to get the printer in my car.

    Epson WF-3730 is a Crappy printer

    I have had this for a year and a half, and all it does is either have a paper jamb or says trays are out of paper (both full) Epson IT never picks up I just sit on hold forever. Should of stuck with HP products.

    Pain to use

    First, the older Epsons were great. But mine died. But the newer Epsons are a pain. If you don't buy a WF 4740 or better, you can't do double sided scanning. You have to scan side 1, name it, (that in itself is a pain), then scan side 2, and name it. Two different documents. They don't say squat about this on the box anywhere. You gotta buy it, set it up, use it, decide it's a pain, then hope the store will take it back. They won't. Bought an Epson, didn't like it. Bought a fancier Epson, still don't like it. Called the consumer complaint line..."thank you very much, have a nice day". My suggestion...buy a Brother or HP. Epson used to be really good.
