    @EpsonAmerica @Epson To anyone looking to purchase an Epson...don't waste your time. In the middle of a pandemic, trying to home school, and printer wont print without color ink(yes, I tried changing all the grayscale settings). Worst part is I called their CS. CS rep kept pretending not to understand me, then he pretends to not be able to hear me, but the moment I ask to be transferred to his another agent or supervisor...mysteriously the connection is crystal clear. Then he doesn't want to transfer me without getting all my info(of which he can't understand/hear me, remember). I asked for a supervisor 3+ times and was denied. This printer will be returned after the pandemic is over. Performing a chargeback if this return is not accepted. This is terrible business practices, just to force some one to buy their ink...I'm Done with it!

    Money down the drain. Can't print anything!

    My primary use is to print shipping labels. I'm ready to throw it in the trash after having had it for about 6 weeks. I've made several phone calls to customer service. While customer service was on the phone, it finally printed 1 label. I thought my problems were solved. Well.. apparently not! Now, it won't allow me to print at all. The customer service ladies I talked to were very nice but, the printer simply doesn't work. I'm DONE with Epson! Very frustrated.

    poorly thought out system..

    consumes way to much ink, I was able to print out only 23 pages on a new cartridges. it will not let you print unless all cartridges are full. so if your colored are empty you can cant print a black and white. bby does not stock the xl size cartridges in my area. linking to a pc through wifi is a mess at best. driver will some how automatically disappear after four days. have to reinstall everything again.

    Slow and always offline

    I do not recommend this printer. It is the most frustrating Printer I have ever worked with. It goes off-line or has an error message constantly and even will tell you the papers are wrong size when there have been no changes made.

    This printer is the worst. Shreds the paper going through the scanner. Takes minutes to print one page. When printing multiple pages, it eats multiple pages at once and gets jammed. Do not waste your time or money on this printer
