Easy to set up and get running. Didn't want to get rid of my previous Epson but Apple would no longer support it. Wish this one had a manual feed tray like my old one. I used the manual tray for different media like cardstock or transfer sheets for t shirts.

It prints well and hooks up wirelessly pretty easy. However, scanning documents in it would constantly jam or sometimes not even recognize a legal paper and chop off half and the other times scan legal documents just fine.

Our last printer (cannon) lasted about 1 year before it crapped out. We have had this one for almost 1 year and it is going strong. Bought 1 just like it for a family member and theirs is working well still too. So far we are happy with this purchase.

I love epson printers. This one was easy to set up. There is one think that bothered me tho, I could set up to scan only to cloud.
I couldn’t find any information on how to set the printer to scan to the e-mail on epson’s website.

My Epson Workforce printer stopped working and I had to replace it. I wanted another Epson printer and found this one on the website. It was very easy to set up and works well. It didn't cost me a fortune either. Got a great deal at Best Buy!

Have had it only for a month. So far so good. Prints very well. Our HP died after 10years. This one has scan and printed everything we have needed. Slightly more involved to set up but still good. Ink has been good too.

The only drawback I have on this one is that when printing pages it is so fast it shoots them into the floor if you are not there to physically catch them. The speed of the printer is awesome and I love the scan to email function.

I purchased this to replace an HP Officejet Pro 8620, which had, apart from being useless as a photo printer, worked great for 2 years but then couldn't be discovered by any of my devices no matter the connection to my router. I selected the Epson hoping for the same functionality with better photo printing.
I use an Iphone 10 and a HP Macbook Pro using OS 10.13.
Set-up was fairly straightforward. Print quality was fine, sound level was similar to the HP. However, formatting, especially from web pages, didn't adjust for page size; in some cases, fonts were huge, or images printed twice as large as the page, or a fraction of page size, at least at default formatting settings.
I tried to adapt formatting settings, using two column pages for a narrow format document. It refused to print in duplex, but when I printed, the print was in MIRROR TEXT, which is to say, you would need a mirror to read it! To quote John McInroe for the first and I hope the last time, you can't be serious!
I imagine there's some amusing story behind this, and I assume this can't be most people's experience, but after spending 4 days troubleshooting the old printer, I'm not wasting another week on a new printer. I want something that works out of the box. I returned the printer today.

I have never had any problems with Epson products. I have been purchasing them for over 20 years and are my go to printer/all in one units. They run a good shelf life and then they get replaced. However, this one has been a different experience. I ended up getting a piece of paper jammed in the unit. After I got the paper out we could not clear the error message. After speaking with Epson they were replacing it with a refurbished unit under warranty. The first unit I received, it came with the wrong ink so I had to go run out and buy some. Then the Automatic document feeder would not work. On to my second replacement which I got turned on, and it could not get past that there was a paper jammed in the unit. I hadn't been able to get to the installation point to get paper installed, to put ink in or even use. Clearly the error message was from the previous owner. On to the third replacement....it did not like the ink. It ended up that Epson sent me a new unit this time and I was not told to use the ink that was sent with it instead of one of the many others I had previously opened. Epson then sent me a 4th replacement, this one was new and not a refurbished unit. This is where I learned that you have to use the special cartridges that are sent with a new unit to get it started. After getting that figured out and finally after many weeks, I now have a working printer again. Since I work from home it has been missed. After hauling around these printers back and forth to Fed Ex, Epson promised they would send me a label so the 3rd unit could be picked up by Fed Ex. After waiting over an hour on hold, I am still waiting.......I guess I will be making one last trip to Fed Ex with the last return. Problems happen and I have been lucky in the past. My problem is with the fact that clearly the refurbished units are not checked before they go out. If they had been, I wouldn't have been given the run around for weeks trying to get this resolved.

This Epson printer is easy to set up. The only issue I had was getting it to connect with my laptop, which isn't on the list of computers available for sync. But once I figured it out, the printer has worked great and communicates just fine with my laptop. I have not tried making copies or using the scanner yet. I love that there are two compartments for different-sized papers.

I got this printer to replace another Epson. It works wonderfully and has an easy to read display for functions. The ink is not very costly and you can replace the colors individually. I had another brand printer before getting an Epson and the ink costs were almost as much as the printer. That’s not the case with EPSON. Great brand. Great product.
