So frustrating that printer manufacturers cannot keep up with wifi technology. I have owned every major brand of printer and they all eventually experience the same unnecessarily time consuming problem- unable to locate wifi. After a week this thing will disconnect from our wifi, forcing me to spend a ridiculous amount of time resetting everything - printer, router, computer and every other device connected to the printer. We have a new mesh wifi system because our last printer had the same issue, so we upgraded everything and the problem still exists. The printer cannot locate wifi and the only solution is to reset the router, it’s not the router and no other devices have connectivity issues, its is 100% the printer. Once it is reset, the printer creates a “new connection” and does not use what was previously programmed into the printer, forcing every connected device - computers, tablets, phones, etc. to establish a new connection and reset all preferences. (I print payroll so this is completely unacceptable.) I've been averaging 35+ minutes of frustration every time I need to use the printer and today, it won't even work at all. Pages print blank and the screen shows and error messaging saying to restart the printer, which just repeats the same loop of malfunction. This printer lasted exactly 1 year....

This printer is easy to set up, it prints beautifully. The ink for this printer is very reasonable in comparison to other printers. The black ink is $20.00, and the color cartridges are about $12.00 apiece. I bought this printer for $99.00 on sale, it was well worth it.

Good quality quick prints and scans, easy set-up, very good Epson customer service help.

I like the printer, but the loading of the driver took me 2 hours of trying to figure it out myself since instructions no longer are included just the cd disk and my laptop doesn't have a cd reader. 2 more hours on the phone with geek squad giving them permission to remote in. Finally after 4 hours can print from my computer and cell phone.

Excellent, simple and affordable printer. It is far more reliable than much more expensive printers I've had before.

This printer is perfect. Easy to setup. I bought this one to replaced an hp printer. Thus printer prints out pretty quickly compared to my old hp.

Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 Wireless All-in-One Printer has met our household needs. We like the large paper tray, colors come out strong, and the menu talks us through any updates or How-To's. The Epson icon is on our computers and likewise can talk us through any updates or problem-solving issues - which are usually are own in learning how to perform a specific function, Ink is fair priced in comparison to many other brands and models.

I was told by a Best Buy Team member that this is a good work horse for my needs. It is. For those with vision challenges, I'd suggest a larger panel for set up and selecting options on the screen.

I had been trying to find the best printer for me that would fit my budget for more than a week. I went in to return one that didn't have all the features that I wanted and decided to walk back to printer area before leaving the store. I spotted the Epson-Workforce-Pro-3820 Wireless all-in-one printer. It didn't have a price sticker. It was the only one on the shelf. A Best -Buy employee asked a sales rep. to assist me and when he scanned it, it had a $50 matching discount and a discount on the extended warranty. It was meant for me and I am very pleased so far.

Great printer/all in one for the price. Almost swapped my older printer for the wife's new one. Only draw back, only one paper drawer. I print a lot of envelopes so would not work for me. But a very great printer for the wife's genealogy work. and everything she prints.

It was easy to set up on a Windows 10 computer. I haven't printed anything but text and it has done an excellent job. It is a little louder than my last printer but not that loud. I am still using the original ink cartridges (some reviews said they ran out real quick). I will see how it lasts and how well it prints pictures as time goes on.

I had to replace my previous printer (also an Epson workforce wireless all-in-one) when I upgraded our wifi and we found that the access point error couldn't be corrected (from both Epson and Comcast and over ten hours of calls). I bought this one because it was in stock and had decent reviews. I've hated it since I got it. It's clunky. The paper tray is a royal pain. You end up having to take it in and out multiple times before it thinks it's in the right way. It's very loud when printing, the ink runs out quickly, and it constantly gives me errors which aren't really errors. Sometimes it will take 15 minutes to print a page (the printer is right beside). I would not recommend this and am honestly hoping it breaks so I have an excuse to buy a new one.
