Works great thus far. Setup was pretty simple once you get all the tape off all the interior doors. Synchronized pretty easy too.

Excellent home/office printer. Sharp vivid color photos. Clean defined print for all print jobs black/white and color. Easy set up, just follow the prompts and it walks you through the entire process. The on board display provides good information and easy to follow directions. The only thing lacking is a second paper tray.

I wanted to replace my HP printer as I didn't wanted to be held hostage to their ink / paper subscription scheme. Setting it up for my Mac wasn't too bad. It took about 5 minutes to set up to the WiFi and connect to the computer, There's several drawbacks: 1) The WF-3820 doesn't come with any software and drivers for Mac. They have to be downloaded from the Epson website and installed one by one. There's about four installations. 2) Once installed, the only program that seems to work is using Preview to scan documents to the computer. 3) While it does print on two sides, it does NOT have two sided scanning. There is a workaround. Scan odd side pages first, then take the scanned documents that are now flipped, reinsert them into the feeder, finish scanning, and then reorganize them by moving the thumbnails in preview. It's a bit of a pain but it does work. On the pro side, the document feeder works without jamming, printed documents come out very clean and fast, photos look solid, and the fax works great without interfering with my landline. For the price, it's a good value and less expensive than other online sites. But Epson could benefit greatly with better user friendly software to address the issues I mentioned.

It took me awhile to choose a new printer for my home office, and I ended up with this one. Pros: Paper tray holds a ream of paper and it tucks away into a drawer, so no exposed paper. Slim ink cartridges. Fast printing. Two-sided printing with no jams! Easy Mac setup. AirPrint/WiFi is printing easy between iPhones and iPad. Clear control panel. Scanner works well, the document feeder is a great feature and works. Cons: Even though when the paper tray is FULL, the printer says there is no paper. The paper tray is super sensitive for some reason, so I don't open it often, just fill and leave it alone. Off and on, the printer also spits out a blank sheet of paper for no reason. But these are not deal breakers. I do recommend this printer overall.

Our first Epson printer. Very pleased with the print quality. Easy to set up. Wife uses Epson to print out Recipes. She is very happy with the printer. This printer just happened to be on sale at our local Best Buy. They had it in stock, no waiting days. Sales person even took our purchase up to the register. Great customer service. So far no problems with this printer. I would recommend.

Great printer for the price. Does what I want/need (automatic double-sided printing), color, fast, great copies, ink seems to last long time. Printed numerous B/W pictures from yearbook for reunion and still printing.

I really love the printouts that I get from this printer. However, it has its quirks! I'm using it on WiFi, and for the most part it works perfectly. But now and then the WiFi drops and I have to fiddle around with it to get the WiFi back on line. This is not the only printer I have in my office. I have an older HP 8710 and it has worked pretty flawlessly w/o dropping out of WiFi. Bothe printers are shared with my MAC, my wife's Dell Desktop and my HP Laptop computers.

Excellent price. Fairly easy setup. Very fast. Only short fall is no auto wakeup feature so you have to remember to turn it on when you send a print job. Makes remote printing clumsy.

Recent purchase, so have not tried all features. Set up was easy and both windows 10 and 11 computers along with iPhones/pads recognized it without needing any software. Print quality is good and fast although I would like a draft quality option to save ink, perhaps that is in the software I did not install. Have not used scanner yet so can’t rate it.
