Clean defined print for all print jobs black/white and color. Easy set up, just follow the prompts and it walks you through the entire process. The on board display provides good information and easy to follow directions. The only thing lacking is a second paper tray.

Printer review Epson-Work Force Pro WF-3820
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's working just fine. My kids love the easy to use features. I will need to teach them the Toner/Ink replacing though. Quality of the prints especially the colored ones, is really appreciated by my 2 boys who are still students. Good for school homework.

Solid machine but room for improvement
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to replace my HP printer as I didn't wanted to be held hostage to their ink / paper subscription scheme. Setting it up for my Mac wasn't too bad. It took about 5 minutes to set up to the WiFi and connect to the computer, There's several drawbacks: 1) The WF-3820 doesn't come with any software and drivers for Mac. They have to be downloaded from the Epson website and installed one by one. There's about four installations. 2) Once installed, the only program that seems to work is using Preview to scan documents to the computer. 3) While it does print on two sides, it does NOT have two sided scanning. There is a workaround. Scan odd side pages first, then take the scanned documents that are now flipped, reinsert them into the feeder, finish scanning, and then reorganize them by moving the thumbnails in preview. It's a bit of a pain but it does work. On the pro side, the document feeder works without jamming, printed documents come out very clean and fast, photos look solid, and the fax works great without interfering with my landline. For the price, it's a good value and less expensive than other online sites. But Epson could benefit greatly with better user friendly software to address the issues I mentioned.

Excellent WFH Printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took me awhile to choose a new printer for my home office, and I ended up with this one. Pros: Paper tray holds a ream of paper and it tucks away into a drawer, so no exposed paper. Slim ink cartridges. Fast printing. Two-sided printing with no jams! Easy Mac setup. AirPrint/WiFi is printing easy between iPhones and iPad. Clear control panel. Scanner works well, the document feeder is a great feature and works. Cons: Even though when the paper tray is FULL, the printer says there is no paper. The paper tray is super sensitive for some reason, so I don't open it often, just fill and leave it alone. Off and on, the printer also spits out a blank sheet of paper for no reason. But these are not deal breakers. I do recommend this printer overall.

EPSON WP-3820 WIRELESS ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really love the printouts that I get from this printer. However, it has its quirks! I'm using it on WiFi, and for the most part it works perfectly. But now and then the WiFi drops and I have to fiddle around with it to get the WiFi back on line. This is not the only printer I have in my office. I have an older HP 8710 and it has worked pretty flawlessly w/o dropping out of WiFi. Bothe printers are shared with my MAC, my wife's Dell Desktop and my HP Laptop computers.

I like EPSON printers
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second EPSON printer all-in-one. The first one lasted about 9 years. This one is very easy to use with the touch screen. The print time is much faster. Compact with lots of tools to make scanning, printing, copying from home super easy from all devices.
