Fast with good print quality. I like the batch scanning. I scanned a 100 pg doc to pdf in a short time.

I am able to print from all of my mobile devices without a single problem. Setup was super easy.

Great printer but did not realize it did NOT print 11 x 17. The sales clerk said it did. So, took it back for an Epson WF-7620. The 7620 is fantastic and it prints 13 x 19 which I use in construction.

This printer does way more than I thought I needed but the value and number of copies per ink cartridge sold me. And it is fast! I especially like the document feeder. I have used it quite a lot and am still on the original ink cartridges included with the printer. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the set up was slightly complicated but with Epson Tech support I managed to accomplish the task. I recommend this printer, esp if you have an old one to recycle. (Best But offers a $50 credit toward the purchase price on this particular unit.) If you need a new printer the Epson - WorkForce Pro WF-4630 Wireless All-In-One is my recommendation.

Makes really clear copies. Love it. We bought this printer to replace an All in one Kodax printer.

The machine was easy easy to set up. I didn't even read the instructions. Very intuitive. The WiFi worked right off the bat. Frankly, I must be live ng in 1998 because the color and BW printing was fast, almost as like a color copier. It makes my other printers look sick.

PRO's: The black text print quality is very good. However be sure to change the print settings to black/grayscale before each print as it defaults to color. The "Precision Core" print technology is extremely fast to print page 1 and the page yield for ink consumed thus far is surprisingly very good. Color printing is good for business type documents. The printer's auto double sided printing works good and is fast. It is also the default option thus I find I am using this feature often compared to my other printer thus reducing paper costs. The ADF works well in single and double sided in copy/fax/scan. Exercise caution with the front extended ADF paper holder. It is somewhat flexible and flimsy. The rear paper feeder is a great option for non-standard and or unrecognized paper in the main paper tray. Printer setup including wireless connection is easy but you may want to disable any communication with Epson. The Epson E-print app for android installed on my devices for another Epson printer recognized the new printer and is simple to use for wireless printing. Fax functions and features are good. I especially like the physical 10-Key input vs. LCD panel type on many other multi-function printers. Areas for improvement: Paper handling - the printer has difficulty recognizing certain types of media and media rated over 24lb. Media type options are limited especially for envelope printing. The printer occasionally feeds multiple sheets to print when using 20lb. paper. This is consistent with my other Epson printer. The incoming fax utility when used on a shared line requires several user steps to receive faxes. This is a downgraded feature compared to my other Epson printer. Every option to remedy this issue on Epson's website and blogs do not remedy this problem. Careful attention to a post from Epson indicates the resolution provided does not work. I am very pleased with the print speed and quality. If your printing needs don't require printing multiple pages on a daily basis the print heads tend to clog resulting in very poor print quality and ink waste. If you print daily this should not be an issue. Printing an occasional color document is a more cost effective means to keep the print heads clean. vs.using the print head cleaning/alignment options. The printer has a very large foot print and if using the rear paper feeder will require more space. Epson "Customer Support" or lack thereof. I contacted Epson about the fax receive function after, as per their troubleshooting guidelines, I exhausted every remedy to no avail. Epson has not replied after receipt of the auto response. The bottom line. The WF Pro is a great printer and if you are a business user with a dedicated fax line and do not require printing on many types of media and or photo quality printing you will appreciate this Multi-Function printer. It is faster than laser with laser quality and superior ink yields. Note: If you are thinking about any of the Epson Workforce line of printers pay a little extra for the printer with the larger print cartridges. This printer deserves at least 4.5 stars but it's not an option and if I was reviewing Best Buy I would give it 6 stars. Best Buy price matched the printer and honored a price reduction after the sale for a $50.00 printer trade-in program. Thus at $99.00 this was a great purchase. Thank you Best Buy.

We bought this to replace an old ink jet printer. That thing went through ink almost every month. This printer has worked fantastic. Colors are crisp, it runs quickly and quietly. We're very pleased - and I'm sure that we haven't even figured out all the functions yet.

Bought this as it has a bigger cartridge capacity (hopefully not a product gimmick). Tired of having to replace over priced color every 3 weeks. Good sale price (199) + additional trade in (50 off) made me go with it. Schools just started for 4 so we'll see how it goes with ink and print quality.

A little larger than what I really wanted in size, but overall fast and reliable. Didn't "stutter " prior to a print task from my iMac like the hp printer it replaced.

The speed on this printer is very nice. Even when it's been idle it boots up quickly and prints. The option to copy a color document in black and white is nice, too. Helps save on the color ink. I found this printer very easy to set up. Very happy...
