I should have just stayed with my trusty Canon. This large piece of junk spends 5mins thinking about scanning before it actually starts to scan (and this is for one-sided documents)

Disappointed

I have been with their trouble shooting team 6 times and all they do is give me the same instructions im getting off this printer. I have bought a second set of ink at 80$ and it tells me know im out of ink. Yet I haven't seen a single drop on paper. I give this printer a negative 5 stars

Often forces you to reprint the same item. The printer does not easily recognize paper sizes and it takes extra time to set it up.
