Great printer/scanner/et al; excellent price; easy set up and operation; colors vivid. Highly recommend to anyone with a substantial print volume.

All-purpose home office printer was needed, particularly for both letter and legal size paper. Not many printers today handle legal paper, but this one does. Easy to set-up, install, and use. Great value, too.

A bit large and bulky but it certainly fills our needs. The price is comparable to other vendors who sell this model and the additional 2 year warranty for being a Best Buy member is an added bonus.

This product is amazing! It's user-friendly, with a clear interface that made it easy to navigate. The image quality is outstanding, and the features are incredibly useful. I'm thoroughly impressed with its overall performance.

This printer does everything I would expect for a home office type printer. I especially like the scanning glass that is capable of scanning a full size 11" x 17" piece of paper. The dual paper trays are nice so you don't have to change paper supplies as often if you regularly use two different paper sizes.

Excellent printer/scanner. Clear and fast copies. Prints larger size as well.

Purchased this from Best Buy to replace another Epson Workforce I'd use for many years. While the print quality and features are great, EVERYONE seems to have one big annoying problem: Once it's turned off (and even sometimes when it's not) it loses the WiFi connection. Usually it takes a while to reconnect, often 15 minutes or so, because it doesn't find the router, in spite of a strong signal I don't recommend buying this printer, although my 3-star rating takes into account the quality of the printer when it works.

The printer works great. I use 8-1/2 x 11 & 11x17 paper. Never had a jam and it’s not an ink hog.

It was a great purchase. I am very happy with the service, friendliness, and knowledge of the staff.

Easy installation from the internet. Do not use the Global... Printer works well, colors are good, it is a bit noisy. Be certain to have it on a stable table or surface. I needed a large scan bed and double tray paper, so it met my needs. I purchased it on sale, so it was a good buy for me.

I'm very pleased with this printer/copier/scanner! I regularly print 11x17 documents for my work and now will be able to print 12x18. This has worked flawlessly for the first 90 days+. I was using cheaper paper in my old laser printer and have had to upgrade a bit to avoid ink-damp sheets. Tradeoffs. I might be dreaming, but if this could last five years, I'd buy EPSON for life! ;)

This Epson wide format printer is very versatile. It prints with paper up to 11 x 17, has the auto feeder, two paper trays and can do scanning directly from a computer. Great quality.

Easy set up, clean clear printing!! I got this to add to my office as another tool to create projects for my business. I really like that this is a large format printer, nothing else I own can print in this size. It was super easy to set up, I used the mobile app. My computer doesn't have a CD Drive so the CD was useless

We scan large documents, print policies and occasionally still manually fax a few pages. This machine is off to a good start. Easy to setup and install to 3 computers. The scanned documents save easily to public documents. I am tickled so far. Plus I can print pictures of my grand daughter from my phone to the printer.

Printer is fantastic. It's fast and reliable. It is asset to my home office. One downside is that it printed quietly at first and now it has a squeaky sound when it prints and it's not even a year old yet. Overall it does what it's supposed to. I haven't had to replace the ink it came with yet although it's very low on ink.

This product was everything as expected. Bright print colors, fast printing. Will purchase again.

Extremely please. I spent the extra money for the 7840 to get the second paper tray. Really nice feature. Love being able to print Super B architectural drawings. Nice job on Photos as well. My office is pretty much outfitted by Best Buy and I LOVE the Geek Squad. I bought an HP printer but returned it due to speed and capability.
