    Difficult printer to use

    My office jet mobile Bluetooth printer started giving me problems after 2 years. Had to get another mobile printer to use with my tablet while in the car. Noone makes Bluetooth any longer. Best they could come up with was this Epson workforce 100, which has wifi direct, as well as hot spot compatability. It was near impossible to set up. I spent hours with the Geek squad, multiple calls to Epson support, calls to Verizon support since I couldn't get it to hook up with my hotspot. Noone seems to know very much about the printer. The most helpful was Verizon tier 2 support. It is possible that Epson support may have been able to assist me.....if I had been able to understand any of their tech support agents. There is nothing more frustrating than needing help and not being able to understand someone. For this reason alone, I will never buy another Epson product.

    This is by far the worst printer

    For a $300 printer this thing is garbage, the ink last about 30 pages, it has a maintenance box that must be replaced almost as often as the ink cartridges, and every time I print something it has a feed error. It constantly has connection issues over wifi and the last I checked this is supposed to be a mobile solution printer. I am not impressed with the quality of product for the money I spent and I would not recommend this printer to my worst enemy, much less a friend.

    Broken After One Month. Do Not Buy!

    Best Buy was not helpful. AFTER A MONTH AND A HALF of mild use, something called the maintenance box reached the end of its service life and the printer stopped working. Originally, I spent $299 plus tax but opted out of the protection plan because it cost extra. Big Mistake! The customer service person at Best Buy said they could not help me but for me to contact Epson directly. But without the box, I would probably be out of luck. So I wasted over $300 and now I'm shopping for a new printer, but not at Best Buy!!!

    Purchased this printer as my business travel printer. It was much smaller and lighter than my HP250. It conveniently fit in my laptop bag with my computer. It was difficult to set up with WiFi and hotspot. I could not even print one page to give to my client. Took way too much time to set up for something this expensive

    Bad battery life

    This printer is horrible have to recharge after 6-9 printed pages. Pointless to use on the road. I exchanged for another thinking maybe I got one with a bad battery. But nope the 2nf was just as bad. Returned and got a refund

    Portable but...

    I bought this because it was so lightweight and that's its only good feature. The nozzles clog unless it's used about every 12 hours and the maintenance cartridge didn't even last a month because of this. Won't buy again.

    I purchased this printer to print among other items e-mail. But I find that it won't print from e-mail, which makes this totally useless. Being ignorant about tablets let alone computers I bought this thinking that even I could work this by simply downloading the app. How wrong I was.

    I was happy to find a printer that was cordless and completely mobile but after using it i was disappointed in it's performance. Connecting to my tablet and phone was slow and inconsistent. I returned the printer and bought another.

    I have had better portable printers over the years. This one uses ink quickly and the maintenance box is a royal pain. No one even knows what it is. But when it fills up you better have a new one.

    Had to return the printer. Every page that got drawn through the rollers jammed. Tried to give it zero stars but the review page wouldn't let me. If I could I would have.

    Paid over $200 and it broke one month after the one year warranty was up. Epson was no help- just said its a hardware issue. =( Very upset about this complete waste of money.

    Printer drains battery when off. Battery doesn't last through our delivery schedule each morning. Ink not available in any stores, online only.
