Purchased this on sale, broke away from HP brands. I'm super happy so far. I have not used the fax part yet, but it scans great, pictures come out better than my old one and i LOVE than it will scan a pdf file to the computer. My old one only scanned JPEG. I also like that when it does 2 sided, its all automatic, no printing one side on all papers, having it wait for you to flip them over, reload tray to do the other side. It sucks them right back in and finishes the job. It's not heavy and takes up less space in my tiny office.

All-in-one! Faxes are easily sent out. The features on the app and cloud printing are very useful. My favorite thing about this printer is the double-sided printing. It however had a difficult time recognizing the cartilage when I changed it for the first time.

For the price, this Epson makes sense for most home users. It does a nice job of printing, copying and scanning. Set up was straight forward. Only one slight complaint is that it is noisier than the HP which it replaced. So far, I'm happy with my choice which was a recommendation by the Best Buy salesperson.

Printer works great so far. It scans documents nicely and quickly, prints fairly quickly, and is pretty user friendly. The ink doesn't appear to be great quality, not sure if this is a result of some type of setting. The prints come out a little light in color. Overall it gets the job done very nicely for my needs.

Makes good prints. Only successfully sent half the pages of a fax I attempted. Set up was easy on Windows 7 laptop, but failed on Windows XP desktop due to warnings about instability.

This printer was easy to set up, easy to use, and has great print quality. I especially like the EpsonPrint App that allows me to print wirelessly from my iPhone. I would definitely recommend this printer for home or office use.

This printer works very well for me and it was definitely worth the sales price. It is more compact than my last printer and doesn't take up as much room, which is good. I am able to print from it via WiFi from all my devices, including Android, Apple and Windows systems.

I was looking for a printer to replace our Epson Workforce 654 that died from a broken gear. I bought a small-in-one Epson and was disappointed with it. That printer did not do double- sided printing as it said. I can say I am not disappointed with my new printer. It does easy double-sided printing. It was easy to set up and prints easily from my phone and our kids iPads. The quality is good. I am glad I made the choice to return the small-in-one for this one. It is not disappointing me at all.

Once you turn on printer, it becomes ready to print very quickly. Also I like the fact that it has a horizontal paper tray. It's small and doesn't take up a lot of room on top of my desk.

This printer was easy to set up as wireless and text is clear. The only thing I would suggest for a future improvement is to reduce the noise it makes. Not really a complaint. For this price range it is an excellent value.

I bought this because of the great price and it was WiFi. My wife and I are both full time students and I also work full time and do some work things from home. The WiFi allows me to print regardless of where I am and she and I do not have to wait for the other to finish before printing. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is the cost of the ink cartridges which cost about half the price of the printer while it was on sale. Thankfully, the ink does seem to last a long time. Pros: WiFi, great print quality, fast, two-sided print option, great features. Cons: High cost of ink cartridges, a little difficult to set up (but it is the first WiFi printer I have set up and had multiple devices), Epson likes to update a lot (it seems like weekly) I would definitely recommend this printer.

For the money we spent my wife and I couldn't ask for a better printer. It was easy to setup and runs smoothly. We currently have 3 computers networked into this printer and we haven't had any problems.

printer is easy to hook up but the downloading of scanning seems to be hard to do and also the e-web printing. I cannot access this feature but print using wifi and that is what I wanted to do.

I needed to replace my mothers old ancient multifunction printer and decided to give the Epson a try. I have my own preference, but for this purpose I'll stay on track with the Epson. It's a nice printer, easy to setup and get it going. I wish it would have just a tad more task's it could perform, but for the needs of the one (my mom) it is perfect.

We needed a family printer, good quality, not too pricy but something that would be able to deal with moderate-high use. This printer is definitely doing the job!!! Very happy!

Easy to set up wireless. Quick, clear, sharp images. Scans well but if you are a first time scanner it might take some adjusting to figure out how to personalize the settings so you know where your scanned document ends up. I use this mostly for personal home use/sometimes business- hope this helps

Simple setup with easy to use interface. The ink lasts longer than the competitors and the ink is priced reasonable as compard to other printers. It has double side print which comes in handle for 1-2 or 2-2 printing. It is wireless so it can be placed anywhere in the house for all members to use it. It works perfect with iphone and ipad which is handy.

Though I was looking for a printer for home, this Epson Workflow printer had almost same price as other home printers, so I went for it. It has some better features than home printers, like all four functions of print, copy, scan and fax, has a input tray on top which makes copy, scan and fax lot more easy. Also, it has a paper tray, so papers don't need to be fed manually. The installation and wifi setup of the printer was really easy. This printer also comes with all four cartridges. so DON'T buy any cartridges if you don't require a second set of them. Overall, I loved what I bought and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a multi-functional efficient home printer.
