    DON'T BUY!

    This is suppose to be a great printer. That's what the salesman at Best Buy told me. NOT SO! I bought this about 6 months ago and ever since I have tried to print out pictures and or pdf files in color and it sucks! The color is not correct. It has lines. I've tried everything to correct this problem to no avail. I would not recommend this for anyone. Plus ink is very very expensive!

    Incredibly poor tech support !!!. Almost useless set-up directions ... no operating manual with the unit ... also unreal!! Confusing directions about ink... awkward to use, even just loading more paper .. big and bulky unit. Retailers seen to know very little about the unit.

    Very Disappointed. We were excited to buy this printer for our home but "temporarily print with black ink," you cannot continue to print in black whenever you want. You have to have color cartridges. Noone advised by saying this. You are forced to buy the color ones. "To keep the print head clear and ready to print, the printer uses a small amount of ink from all the cartridges whenever it prints. Even if you select Black/Grayscale or Grayscale, some color ink is still used. Black/Grayscale or Grayscale is not recommended for printing black-and-white photos." I hate this printer. Usually printer for black printing, the color sometimes but even we didn't use color, my color cartridges are empty.

      Hi Dina, Epson printers contain a permanent print head that needs to be charged with all colors to work. Even when you are printing black text only, a small amount of color ink is used to keep the print head charged, preventing air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head.     You can't print a black and white label when the printer doesn’t have colored ink

    First I'd like to say this is the seocnd Epson printer I have owned. I've always had good luck with them and find them very reliable. I replaced my last Epson printer because I wanted the wireless Epson all in one. I love that it is wireless and that I can use this with my desktop, laptop, smart phone, and tablet. I don't even have to be in the room to print what I need. This Epson Workforce WF-2860 All-in-One Printer was very easy and fast to set up. I was using it a half an hour after taking it out of the box. I use this for personal use only and it takes care of everything I need it for. This is perfect for my small space that I use as a office. The colors are great. The instructions state the printer will only use geniune Epson ink but I did use genic refills on my last Epsom and they worked. I haven't had to replace the ones I am using now yet but will try when they get low. The touch screen is easy to use but kind of small. I don't think any one would be disappointed with this printer, not a bad price either. “This is a review for the Epson Workforce WF-2860 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

Not This Time I've never had much luck with printers at home For every computer I've ever purchased , I probably had three printers during each computer's lifetime if not more. I've had printers that were suppose to never jam that always jammed the paper. I had printers that I had to constantly reload drivers every few days. You name a printer issue and I probably had it multiple times over the years. As of today, I've had my new Epson's Workforce WF-2860 All-In-One Printer for about twelve days now with no issues at all. The Epson WF-2860 printer was simple to setup. The instructions were clear and persist. There's been absolutely no jamming of paper. I really have never has such an easy start with a new printer. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, I've never been able to print any work flyers at home. I had an open house listing last weekend and at the last minute I was able to print out some extra flyers (about three dozen) from home. Usually I would find myself ending up back at my Real Estate Office on late Saturday or very early Sunday morning prior to the open house to print more flyers. What a time saver for me. The print speeds - 14 ISO ppm (black) and 7.5 ISO ppm (color) are perfect for my particular needs. This is a review for the Epson Workforce WF-2860 All-In-One-Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

    I have not purchased an Epson for years and this one is terrible. It was very difficult to set up and learn. It ran out of ink in a 2 week period and then when I put in a new cartridge it will not print. Stick with HP

    Not user friendly. The paper tray, ADF frequently get stuck. Ink cartridges change is causing great discomfort and inconvenience. Taking it to the bestbuy tomorrow to see if they can fix. If they cannot, I have decided to return this item,

    Fantastic so far! I wanted a printer that could handle a high volume of print jobs, while providing high quality prints, without breaking the bank on print cartridges. This printer succeeded. The only downside is the length of time I have owned it - I cannot attest to the reliability yet but so far so good. Printer is Fast and the print quality is excellent! The setup for this printer was extremely easy I had absolutely no problems. It included Easy to follow instructions. It is very easy to use I really like the digital screen that provides you with step by step instructions upon setup. This is not a big and bulky printer by any means it is a nice compact size that can fit pretty much anywhere. It is also not noisy at all I've owned a few printers that are really loud this one is nice and quiet. I have not used the fax feature yet but I am confident that I will have no problem with it. This is a review for the Epson Workforce WF-2860 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

    Worse printer I've ever bought should have stayed with HP. I've only been able to use 2wice. Didn't buy the warranty but you would think the MF warranty would take effect. EPSON YOU'RE TGE WORSE!

    this thing is terrible. bought new epson brand cartridges and it wont recognize them. all done with epson. had 2 and nothing but problems.

    it seems great only thing is the screen is too small and the touch part doesn't work very well. you have to keep touching it for it to work. ink is very expensive and doesn't last very long.

    Excellent Product worthy of the WF series

    I recently and reluctantly retired my old but faithful Epson NX127. After realizing that my many years of dedicated use, I needed to research a replacement. I have been very fortunate to have use of four printers in my work office. My favorite by far is another Epson product in a similar series. The price of that model is a bit out of my range but after much research and comparing of features I discovered that the Epson Work Force 2860 was exactly what I needed. What I considered to be major pluses in this model was one, the size. It is roughly the same outer dimensions as my old NX 127 but twice the height. This is what made using this model so appealing. It only needs a small space yet functions as a much larger unit of considerable size and muli- functionality. Each area of this model has been designed for easy and efficient use. The single load tray with its ability to accommodate multiple paper is great. Loading was easy. The use of either the feed or LCD screen was also easy. One really great feature of this unit was the fact that it never assumes your print choice. I am always given the option of single or double sided use unlike its larger counter-part. The print quality far exceeded my expectations. Although I was unable to receive a test print page, every copy printed perfectly. In past experience, the cost of replacement ink was a major downside to using other printers. I found that the cost and quality of using authentic Epson ink was well worth the small investment. I do however have a few concerns or suggestions regarding the use and functionality of this model. The most difficult and frustrating experience has been syncing this unit with my laptop. I tried using the disc as well as following the other directions. I tried several times to (after carefully reading the directions- since I am a try-it-first then take time to read the directions, if not successful kind of person) get them to recognize one another. Another concern is the size of the display. I found that using a stylus is very helpful. I must have programmed the setting 20 times before being successful because my fingers were use to a bit more space to work with as on other models. Despite those somewhat minor hiccups in becoming familiar with this model., I definitely would choose to purchase and use this unit. As I said, I have four printers and this one makes number five to choose from. It is now my favorite and the other Epson Work Force a very close second. This is a review for the Epson Workforce WF-2860 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
