Different from my old HP printer, but I like it. Took a little time to get used to the differences, but once figured out, easy!

Owned for 19 months and used lightly. Stopped working with an error message that the printer did not recognize the ink cartridges.

Its a decent printer quiet and a nice size. It does great for my purposes.

Printer is good not great. when scanning items it takes forever and is not as detained as needed. It gets the job done but would go with a more expensive printer if you need the clarity and professional PDFs. Printer Quality is good. My printer jams that paper corner. Im not sure if this is all models or just this printer.

I 've had this printer for 1.5 years. I rarely use the darn thing, only print in black ink but yet I run out of ink 3 times since I've had it, and please understand, since I've had this printer I have not printed more than 100 pages. Today, I sit, needing to print. I have plenty of black ink and but the Magenta color is out but still cannot print. With this printer you need all colors to print. Ridiculous!! I'm so disappointed in this purchase. I feel like someone at Best Buy should have informed me of this before purchasing. I now have to look for a new printer because at this rate I can't afford to continue to purchase more ink. So angry because I don't have money to throw away. I do not recommend the Epson printers for purchase. All Epson printers!! I believe this is a scam to make more money off their consumers. Printer ink is at least is expensive and in a 1.5 years, I have paid for this printer twice over.

The print quality was decent but I don't print that much and I've already spent over $100 in ink after 3 months. I just wanted a bluetooth printer that woudl print when I hit the print button. Every time I print there's some sort of issue that requires I take out my readers to read the itty bitty screen and to tell the difference between the button that has a circle and a triangle as opposed to the button with the diamond and the line. I don't know what either is supposed to represent but without my readers they could all say "OK" which is actually it's own button. Too confusing, too much work, too small screen, and too much money spent on ink.

Good printer for my home office. Easy to use. Fairly simple.

Took me quite a while to set this new printer up but once I figured it all out it was worth the effort. I'm not a 'tech' person so the time necessary to it up was probably due to my lack of skills. Great printer and copies in a snap!

Nice printer, easy set up & wifi connection. However, the ink does not last long...just as expensive as the printer. Might as well buy a new printer that has ink included in the box.

Great combo printer/scanner/copier. It is fairly inexpensive and does everything. I would definitely recommend this product.

Okay for the money. Needs a lighted control panel. Hopefully it is more reliable than HP.
