    A Great AIO Printing Solution

Over the last few years, since COVID changed our workflow, we have been working from home. Thankfully the amount of work we do at home has diminished since we are able to return back to the office, but my wife and I were still needing a good workhorse printing solution for our home. EPSON’s solution was exactly what we were looking for. Setup process was a breeze, the touchscreen display does a good job of giving you information, and allowing for updates. The Wi-Fi connectivity allows you to quickly get a print done from a phone or tablet on the same network. Installing the cartridges was a simple process, and the small footprint allowed us to place it in a convenient space without taking up too much of our work area. We’ve only had the printer a short time, but in that time we have printed to it from 2 separate PCs, an iPad, and our phones. Each time the prints were quick, clean, and crisp looking. It consistently produces sharp text and vibrant photos/graphics. I love that even though it doesn’t take up too much space it is still able to make copies, and scan documents. It’s convenient to fire off a quick copy, or scan something into my PC so I can send off to a colleague. This is a great little AIO printing solution. If you are looking for something to make your home office setup a little more productive start here. Setup was a breeze, it offers many printing solutions and connectivity. Ink cartridges were easy to install, I assume just as easy to replace. One last thing that I forgot to mention, the printing is pretty quiet, especially when compared to our much older printer. I don’t feel bad running off a few prints even when the rest of the family is fast asleep. This is an easy recommendation for anyone’s home office.

Epson Workforce WF-2960 is a four-and-one printer that can do everything you need a printer to do. You can print, fax, copy and scan the documents you need. The printer also gave Wifi which is a default must in this day in age. Setting up the printer was very simple and took me less than 10 minutes to do, including setting up Wi-Fi. The software is kind of cumbersome, but easy to navigate through the printer. most of the steps on the screen are self-explanatory to get you to do what you want to do as fast as possible. Design-wise the printer looks about as standard as another printer and doesn’t stand out. It wasn’t much of a hassle to move around and place on a desk. I do enjoy the touchscreen. To get it out the way; this printer is only designer use Epson cartridges and not third-party ink cartridges so keep that in mind when buying this product. There is an app you can download called “Epson smart panel app” inside the Google Play store and Apple’s App Store. This makes it extremely easy to print from my phone or tablet. The printer prints extremely fast at 14.0 ISO so getting all the documents I need at a quick rapid speed is not a problem you can also use double-sided printing to maximize the space on paper. Copying documents was also accurate. The Workforce WF-2960 from Epson definitely an exceptional printer to have for any home or office. I haven’t tried out the fax function of the printer yet but everything else has been working just fine. 5 out of 5 stars.

The Epson WORKFORCE WF-2960 AIO PRINTER is a decent all-in-one printer for your printing, scanning, and faxing needs. Setting up the Workforce printer was simple and easy. I’ve had some printer that were complicated during the setup process, failed to connect to the wifi network, gave errors, etc. This did not happen while setting up the workforce printer. The mobile app guides you through the entire process from start to finish. The steps for setting up the printer were in a chat style format. It provide easy to understand steps with text and illustrations. It’s the type of setup you can give to someone as a gift and they would be able to set it up on their own if they were not too tech savvy. With the setup process being easy, it took a while for the setup process to complete. It had to install an update and I also had to go through cartridge alignment steps. After the setup process was over, I was able to finally print. The printer comes with 4 cartridge. They are extremely lightweight with barely any ink in them. The instructions state that they come with starter cartridges that will allow you to get limited print jobs before purchasing newer cartridges. The flatbed scanner is quite slow. I have other printers that are able to scan much faster. I’m not sure if I will use the scanner much because it’s so slow. I will probably resort to using the scanner on my older printer instead. Overall, it’s a good printer. Keep in mind the scanning speed and having to purchase ink after using it for a limited amount of time.

The Epson WorkForce WF-2960 Wireless All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer has been great to use! In typical Epson fashion, the setup is simple. It is a wireless printer, so it can connect via any wifi network. I am using mine in my home office. Using the app, I was able to get the printer setup seamlessly with all of my devices. Printing from my computer has been a breeze. I work from home, so printing documents is a must for my business. The Epson WorkForce WF-2960 does it all. Scanning documents, making copies, and printing flyers are some of the best case uses. Every document that I have printed has come out clear without streaks. I used my tablet to print a few photos, which came out great as well. The inkjet is also a good choice since you can replace each cartridge individually when they go out, and they are not too expensive. I have not used the fax just yet, but that is an option as well. Overall, the Epson WorkForce WF-2960 all in one inkjet printer is a great option for a small business, or for home use.

This is one of the cleanest looking printers that gets everything I want done and doesn’t look like a sore thumb in the process. I could complain about the lack of double-sided scanning but so little of what I scan requires this that it’s not worth considering getting a higher-level model that does. Turns out travel receipts are generally not double sided. Nor do they require high resolution scans. Just something quick and dirty. The print quality for the price of the printer is fantastic. Producing high quality prints and home is great but the cost of ink remains sky high as it is for any brand and may deter you from doing so on a regular basis. This printer can also be operated using Alexa but even I have a hard time justifying setting that considering how I use this AIO. Maintaining an ethernet port on this model is much appreciated. Having a wireless option is lovely but I much prefer to maintain a hard wired connection as the scanning speed and connection is more stable. Overall, this is a great office device for a family who works from home and needs a solid light duty scanner and printer.

This printer is perfect for a single person or a couple, maybe even a college student. Nothing crazy going on here. Just a simple run of the meal printer. Put paper in it and it prints. If you like a big old screen that tells you the weather and how printing at 5:00 p.m. will change your life then this might not be the printer for you. It really is a just printer. Nothing special. Just a printer. Taking it out of box was very simple and easy instructions very thin because there wasn't much to it except for hook this here and that there kind of thing. Once connected took no time to get connected to my laptop and desktop. I will say that for Epson printers they are very simplistic and hookup and always seem to be very easy to connect to. I feel like it speaks to the quality of the printer and how it's made and the materials used. The Wi-Fi inside seem pretty strong and connected very easily. Short of that. Really not much to tell about this printer. I do highly recommend it because of its simplicity. Sometimes simple is what everyone needs.

The Epson WORKFORCE WF-2960 AIO PRINTER is the perfect home printer for me, because there are so many tasks that can be completed with it. I can print photos, print documents, capture a document with my phone, scan, and copy, connect with Google Classroom, make ID cards, and several more different printing tasks. All setup and installation processes went through the Epson Smart Panel app for me, because using the phone is easier than connecting with my computer with configuration. Once I launched the app, I received simple line by line instructions on powering on, configuring, installing ink cartridges, and loading paper. Firmware automatically updated with the Epson WORKFORCE WF-2960 AIO PRINTER and I installed drivers from the Epson support page to my computer. I have the Epson Scansmart software installed, but I still cannot get the Epson WORKFORCE WF-2960 AIO PRINTER to scan documents to my computer, over the home network. I had to settle with using an USB cord to connect the Epson WORKFORCE WF-2960 AIO PRINTER to my computer to get its scanning ability functioning correctly. Outside of that one setback, I have only positive statements to say about the Epson WORKFORCE WF-2960 AIO PRINTER. Copies come out looking as mirror images and documents are printed quickly and laser looking.

Great all-in-one printer, wish it had the ink tank

Opening up the Epson Workforce WF-2960 and I find the printer, power cord, user’s manual, and ink bundle. Unboxing the unit is nice and easy. There are 4 Styrofoam corners and the top two just slide out allowing the bottom two to stay in the box as I removed the printer. Next to the printer is a nice and tidy cardboard pocket with the ink and power cord taped to it and at the bottom of the box is the user’s manual. I get everything out and read the instructions. You can set up the printer either by mobile phone or PC. My phone already has so many apps on it and it’s running low on space, so I choose to do it through the PC. You skip the first two steps and there’s a web address listed for windows and mac software. I download the windows software for Windows 11 and it’s very straightforward. I installed the software, and it has a number of apps for photos, updating the software, scanning, event manager, fax utility, and OCR component. After installing the downloaded software (drivers and utilities combo package) from the Epson website, it says it wants to install a firmware update. You don’t really have a choice, so I clicked ok, and it downloaded and installed the update. That done, the printer is ready to work. It’s all-in-one, so it’s able to fax, print, copy, and scan like it should. I own a couple of other recent Epson printers and I like the WF-2960 for the touch screen display. The other two have an LCD screen but lack a touch screen. I have to use the arrow buttons next to the display and it’s just not as good an experience as touching what you want to do. Just for your information, the printer does auto two-sided printing (as most do anymore) and mobile printing (again, like most). The paper loads from the front and has a 150-sheet paper tray. As for connections, I’m running mine wireless, but there is a USB 2.0 and LAN port available. If there’s anything negative to say about the printer is that it still uses cartridges. My other two Epson printers have the tanks, one being the INKvestment tank and the other an Eco tank. Both work really well and make loading the ink simple. Cartridges are fairly simple when they read correctly, but it feels like such a waste to have all those empty plastic cases lying around. I don’t live close to many retailers that trade them in and the one that does is overpriced on the replacements. Even with that though, I’d gladly recommend this printer to anyone with an office that needs all the functions of an all-in-one printer, to an individual that has a home office or a student who still needs to turn in printed documents.

The Epson Workforce WF-2960 is a Wireless All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer with Built-in Scanner, Copier, Fax and Auto Document Feeder. Included in the box is the WF-2960, power cord and 4 Epson 222 regular capacity printer ink cartridges Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and one Black ink cartridge. The WF-2960 Wireless All-in-One is only compatible with Epson Original 222 regular or XL Cartridges as per the manual and at this time due to the newness of the WF-2960, 222 cartridge availability is limited but this should get better as time goes by. This line of ink is from Epsons Claria Ink series that as per Epson is supposed to deliver vibrant color and sharp text for long-lasting, high-quality results. After unpacking and removing all the tape etc from the body of the printer I plugged the WF-2960 in and downloaded the companion Epson Smart Panel App that is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play. I was able to follow the step by step instructions on my phone to set up the WF-2960 and added the ink and paper. Epson reccommends calibrating the print heads first so that’s what I did, following all the prompts. Once it was all calibrated it was time to print. I do most of my printing wirelessly from iOS devices and or Apple Macs. The Epson Workforce WF-2960 worked flawlessly and showed up on all my “Printers” choices when using apps on my phone, Mac and iPads. Print speed was quick enough for me and it also has double side printing capacity to cut down on paper use if needed. Print quality is great and if using good quality photo paper the WF-2960 even does a great job at printing photos. The Epson Workforce WF-2960 facilitates making copies with ease and if you fax (not many people still do) it has Fax capability as well. Overall if you need a great all around office tool the Epson Workforce WF-2960 fits the bill and more.

This printer holds plenty of paper for most printing jobs, has good color accuracy, has an ethernet port (for great network printing access), and can do two-sided prints. Those are some of the things you'd expect from a good printer and this one delivers. This printer goes above and beyond in some ways though. Voice-activated printing is easy to use once you understand it, the Epson software is crazy easy to setup and use, and the separate ink colors allow for you to only replace the colors you're using regularly. This printer seems to print each page in 3-5 seconds for black and white and 10-ish seconds for color. Add additional time for double sided. The display is compact, but useful. This supports AirPrint out of the box and blended in well at our office as we primarily use Macs and iOS devices. The scanner is good enough for documents and images, but understand that it isn't archival quality with the scans. That is probably the biggest negative to this printer, it does everything really well, but the scanner does leave some room for improvement.

The quality is fine, printing is a basic commodity, the ongoing hustle for the highest priced cartridges never ends. Naturally doesn't permit lower cost replacement cartridges.
