Customers are saying

Customers have good things to say about the WorkForce WF-3620's print quality, ease of use, and wireless functionality. Many appreciate its reasonable price and compact size, along with the convenient setup and inclusion of fax and scanning capabilities. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud during operation and have noted challenges with the paper tray. Overall, the positive feedback on key features outweighs the reported minor drawbacks.

If you can get it for less than $70, it's really worth it, yet I would still recommend for your business printing/copying needs, laser printer over inkjet, as it saves you a lot of money in a long run. But if it's for a casual usage, day-to-day stuff, then why not?! Go for it!

This print is very fast print , but when you print the photos, doesn't get every good color on photo paper, I have one of Epson ecotank print too, the ecotank can do better job than this one on photo, but this one is fast

The printer set up and started well. But then I discovered that the back paper port could only handle one sheet at a time. And the 4x6 photo paper just fell in and disappeared. Tried to print pictures from the front loader and nothing went right. And the normal paper printing stopped. Took it back.

A better owners manual would be nice especially if it came in the box, to explain all the features. I know I can go on line and download one but it should be part of the package.

It installed easily (Windows 7) and it seems to print, scan, and copy as advertised. Although there weren't any impressive surprise features, there's some comfort in not having any bad surprises either. It provides a solid value for the price. And that's a pretty good feature these days.

set up was relatively easy - but it did update my home page from google to ask.com without prompting me if I wanted to do so - Printing has been good - no issues, clear quality, good speed - I haven't tried the scanning yet or the fax

I got this printer because it seemed to be the best fit for my price range. It has some nice features like duplex printing. It seems to be pretty efficient as far as ink goes. My only problem is the wifi printing. It connects to my wifi but it won't print unless I plug it in.

It appears that this printer is a definite upgrade. So far we like all the upgrades this printer has. I do wish that all of the printer manufactures would improve upon their instruction Manuel. Not much information given to a novice. All in all however love the printer and all the features it has.

I've been using this for more than 2 years now and It is still working very well. Only thing I don't like is when you use the sheet feeder, avoid stacking up papers as it feeds more than one paper when not properly placed.

The Workforce WF 3650 is a logical progression from earlier, similar models. Cartridge installation has been made simpler, paper reserve is larger and the video screen is really handy for previewing scans. But, Epson could provide more complete installation and startup instructions.

This is a good printer and copier for the home office. It is a good value. The scanning capabilities are lacking. I'm not sure if the scanning problems are due to the machine or the scanning software included with the machine. I plan to try 3rd party scanning software.
