This printer is with our youngest son at college. We received one phone call from him asking how to print wirelessly. My husband texted to find out if he was able to get it working. " Yep" was the response, and we have not heard anything about it since. So no news is good news!

Needed help getting started, called the Epson # but could not understand the person from--- INDIA--- I think. Fortunately the telephone guy(a friend) does computers and was a big help and had the printer on line in ten minutes. He was even impressed by the advancement of the printer.

There's nothing exceptional about this printer. You will find that it has all the basic features of all other printer within this price point. Thank goodness we purchased it during Black Friday sales.

Have not had to purchase ink as yet so don't know cost. Disappointed that I could not use ink from previous Epson printer. Wish that there was an indicator showing that there is paper in the paper tray and perhaps a symbol (1/8, 1/4, 1/2, etc) of how much.

If you're not someone that frequently uses your printer, then this one is a good pick. Will do basic printing, scanning and faxing at a reasonable cost.

I purchased compatible NON-Epson cartridges and the machine rejected them because the chip was not valid... The cost of ink is a deal breaker for me... If I had known, I would not have purchased it. My previous Epson took the off brand ink just fine!

This Epson printer easily handles all my diverse home and small business needs. It is easy to install and add to my wireless system. It is much more economical with its usage of ink than previous printers I have owned. Overall, I am extremely pleased with its performance.

Glad I purchased this and at a great price price. The printing is not high quality laser but definitely acceptable for home use. This printer is fairly high tech as you go thru the on screen menu. Set up is easy and I love the wireless printing.

I love this printer, it was a great deal for what you get. The only reason I took off one star is that sometimes it goes offline randomly and I have to turn it off and on again to get it to connect to my Mac. Overall, definitely recommend

I had my previous printer for 6 years so I figured it was time for an upgrade. At the time when I was looking this printer was on sale and I got an extra studebt discount. Im so glad I chose this printer it does so much for its prive and the replacement ink is reasonable.

Easy set up. I'm not tech savey and set this up in under 10 minutes and was printing from my phone! Wish it was easier way to print from my phone but the system works well. SO far everything printed from the printer has been GREAT quality!!

Needed a new printer and picked this one. It is a nice printer for what it cost and does what I need using a WY-FI connection. I really like the tray to hold the paper supply as the paper lays flat rather than trying to stand up in the paper holder my old printer used.

Needed to replace our older Epson printer and found this online. Needed one that was fax capable. This works well for our small business. Only thing I don't like is that it doesn't let you know when a fax is complete like our previous one.

After suffering through a couple of HP and Brother printers I came back to Epson. I had issues staying connected through WIFI with the others, but the Epson has not let me down, and it is always ready. Just like the Epson I used to own. So far I am really happy!

I installed this printer on my own. I usually get my brother to figure it out. Scanning paperwork has been great. I usually print things off from my phone as well, which is pretty easy. I have had this printer for a year now.

I needed a printer/scanner with a sheet feeder for my home office. The Epson WF-3620 was well reviewed and the price was right. Good performer. I really like the sheet feeder for scanning documents to PDF. Definitely worth the money for home office. Recommended.

Second one of these I bought. Good all around printer. Make sure you buy it on sale. I've seen this printer up to $160. Not worth the cost. $90-$120 is a good value for this printer.
