I bought this about a month ago and so far it has worked fine. The only drawback I can see is that the supporting software does not measure up to what I had with my old HP printer. Not nearly as easy to manage scanning jobs for example.

Got this for home office, and it was very easy to connect and get working. Don't use the fax, but use the print, scan and copy functions a lot. Really good quality copies, although I have not tried to print photos yet. A lot of machine for the price.

Already did some photos & they turned out great. The photos used were a copy of someone else's photo off of Facebook, and the quality of the pics were still really good.

I had been an HP printer user, but seemed to be replacing printers too frequently. So on the advice of Best Buy purchased the Epson. There is some difficulty in replacing the ink cartridges but all in all it functions as I expect.

Very, very difficult to set up. The set up manual was not correct. I had to call for correct instructions. I finally had to hire someone to set it up. The printer itself is good.

Bought theEpson WorkForce WF 3620 All-In-One Printer/Scanner Black All in all.For the price it is an extremely good printer. The ink cartridges are a better bargain than my previous printer. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This is the 2nd Epson all in one printer I have purchased for my home. The scanning feature is what brought me back to the same model. I have tried other all in one printers but there are many issues with bulk scanning and the Epson handles this well

My recent purchase was necessary due to my old printer not having available replacement cartridges. The Best Buy folks were helpful in addressing my questions and concerns on a suitable inexpensive replacement and future needs.

I have had so many other brand printers and spend a ton on ink and every year the printer went bad. I love this printer I don't use as much ink and it hasn't let me down even when switching wifi it was super easy

I bought this printer to replace one of many of the HP printers I had to buy over the years and so far, it has performed exceptionally well. It seems more sturdy and durable than the last one. It looks to last me quite a while.

I buy 2 at the same time, how ever I'm thinking of returning it. I have such a hard time setting it up. Still can't get to print from my photo. Brought the other one for my daughter who is getting ready to go off to college

Purchased the 3620 to replace my 3520 which lasted three years, to the point where could not reboot or get the paper jam sensors to actuate...so it's cheaper to buy a new one vs repair (costs you $50 just to troubkeshoot) in today's marketplace.

The Epson printer is very versatile. It easily connected to new Dell computer through a wireless connection and is hardwired to my HP computer. Ink replacement is not as easy as the Canon. However, I am very pleased with the Epson

This is a good printer. Just make sure to follow the prompts when replacing ink cartridges. I didn't and I damaged my first one, so this is actually my second. Overall it's a good printer, not lightning fast, but I wasn't looking for that.

Great features. Excellent price. I went in to purchase a different printer but after seeing this and comparing the features to other manufacturers. This was the best value. Good size paper trays. flexibility with usage. Good quality coping.

Bought this printer to use on pictures with high quality and it is delivering, ink usage is fair although the replacement cartridges are a bit on the expensive side but I guess that is the price to pay for high quality prints

It is a great printer for the price.only recently had it started to have issues with an error message I haven't been able to figure out.

Would not recommend this printer. The disc did not provide updated information related to print setup. had to go on line and download all features for updated. Still cannot get the thing to connect via wi-fi. Don't buy it.

Had an old model dinosaur epson at work and it always worked great and ink lasted a long time, so it didn't take much to convince me into buying one for home. Love it, printed tons of papers on ink cartridges before replacing.

If you are printing a lot of color pages it may be cheaper to have office max print them for you. Goes through a lot of ink depending on the amount of detail is in the picture. Overall great experience and product.
