I still have to learn how to use the printer fully. Right now, I have to find out why it is not printing from my pictures MS file. I can print from internet search or records. Need to know yet how to copy from the top of the printer and how to scan.

I got this in the deal of the day. I have always had HP before. So far this has been far better. Connects to all of my devices without losing connection, and print cartridges are much less expensive. Definitely recommend.

Purchased this item a couple weeks ago and so far so good. The only thing I did not like was the transition from HP to Epson. It was a little headache to install, but once I got everything completed it has worked perfectly for me.

This is the 4th printer of this model that I have purchased. It has a great set of features, is fast and flawlessly handles Multi-Function Tasks as well as mobile printing either through AirPrint of Google Cloud printing

I had to return the first I purchased to Epson, but they sent a replacement pretty quickly. This new one is working fine and I think it will fill my needs nicely..

We felt a wifi enabled printer was our best option for a household with several fixed and mobile devices. The Epson - Workforce Wf-3620 has the value up front and in replacement cartridges that met our need.

I looked at a bunch of options before purchasing this one. Other printers focused more on high quality picture printing. This one is great for a home office because of the document feeder. Prints great for a non-laser printer.

Our printer needs were minimal (daughter’s use in dorm room at college) & printer was such a great price — should have known. It never connected to wifi. Paper jammed every time on tests. It sat in her dorm room for month before she had chance to bring home. Brought to store to be told, “This printer has a different serial # than what is on the box. And your warranty with store has expired. Call manufacturer to see if they can help you.” What??! What theheck! So it is sitting on the floor in our office, never used. Total waste of money and our time.

If ever have to buy another printer it will be an epson, I have tried other brands and my previous printer has more than four years and is still working strong. Bought this printer for my daughter & she too will love epson

I connected the printer finally but for some reason it's only trying to print as a fax and i was also told that it was online fax and didn't need a phone connected to it. But apparently it does.

Our printer wasn't working. We told the salesperson what our needs were and she showed us what we needed. She didn't try to get us to purchase a more expensive printer or something with options we did not need

This is our first Epson printer and we are very pleased with it's performance. Setup was easy, works great with wi-fi and print is very clear. No long lag time between selecting "print" and actual printing. Great printer!

I've been using this printer for a while now and it's working great. Have no issues with ink consumption or feed jamming. Print speed is ok but I do have some connectivity issues with wireless use.

I use Debian Linux and I've always had good experiences with Epson printers. I've tried other brands, but Epson works the best. The print quality is excellent! I can even use the scanner from my Linux operating system.

Was looking for a low cost All In One printer with Wi Fi. Low volume printing for home being able to print from all of our devices was our need. This was recommended and we are pleased with its performance.

I love this combo! It was easy to install and easy to use. I have used it for everything but faxing (I dont have a landline) it is a great product. I also got one heck of a deal on it too!! $65 for this was a steal!

This printer is disappointing. The wireless aspect keeps getting disconnected after a few days. I contacted Epson support, they suggested what to do, it worked for a few more days then lost the connection. I have since connected the printer with the USB port (it did not come with that connection but I had one from a previous printer) and switched it to the default and it will print. There also was something wrong with the ink cartridge holder, it would not move over enough to insert new cartridges. I don't know if this is still a problem since I haven't had to replace them yet.

This printer is exactly what I was looking for. It does everything I could need it to do in a home printer. Double sided copy/print/scan, automatic document feeder, mobile printing. Very happy with this purchase.

Installers Mike and Mike arrived on time to do a consultation and decided they could install that very day. They had all they needed on their truck: mount, wires and cables, even a DVD player. Took about 40 minutes. BOOM!

I shopped for a printer that had scanning capabilities, copying, & printing from a laptop or IPhone. I also did not want to pay a lot for a good printer. This printer met all my needs and then some.
