This printer does the job but the quality is not that good. Also, the setup process was not very easy and frequently I need to reconfigure it as my PC does not find it in the WiFi network.

This Epson printer does everything I need and is pretty economical in its use of ink. My only criticism is that the manual is online and needs to be printed and totals about 300 pages but I know every company now does this.

I am very to have this color printer. It has been so much easier to have color printing at my fingertips. I do not have to interrupt my boss to have them print my color documents. I would highly recommend this printer.

This little this is great, going to get a second one for home. Would of given it 5 stars except every now and then it can't connect with my computer and I have to go the long way around to scan.

I first bought this printer but did not work at all. The ink ran out quick trying to get it to work. Good thing I got the warranty and had it exchanged with no problems. The new printer works good now!

Was a little more complex to learn how to set up and use than my old printer but once I figured it out the greater flexibility and range of options in adjusting the print and scanning is a big plus.

I purchased the WF-3620 after owning a Workforce 615. Epson makes the best printers from my perspective and this new model shows how much they have improved the technology! It's a fabulous printer! Buy it!

It is very versatile, I liked the idea of printing and scan in the cloud (google drive). The prints have good quality from the pc or from a cell phone. It works well for me. Best regards.

This machine is a decent machine for a multi-function inkjet. It is fairly reliable, easy to set up, and has an array of nice features. My main complaint however is with the inkjet technology... at the end of the day the print quality was still just not as good as I'd like and the issues of ink waste due to nozzle cleaning and so forth just keep me from wholeheartedly loving this machine. I've yet to find any inkjet based printer that really makes an excellent printer. But, if you're ok with inkjet printers, this one is a pretty good pick.

I recently purchased the Epson Workforce WF-3620 and am totally satisfied. The two sided capability works great and saves paper. I would definately recommend this printer for all of it's attributes.

It is not expensive, not like those fancy canon printers. Works fine. Uses ink very quick but I guess all printers are the same. Some times paper jams, I managed to pull it out from behind.

I am an IT person by trade and I doubt a non-IT person would have been able to get this product installed and working. the 'easy setup' instructions failed. had to do lots of googling and reading other peoples experiences to finally find suggestions... one person said that it didnt work from their PC but from a laptop it did. I tried from a laptop and somehow got the printer to connect to wifi. it now works fine but it is inexcusable not to have installation be easy. have not used printer long enough yet to determine longevity

This machine does it all. Between copying, scanning and faxing, I do not want for anything. Replacement cartridges are affordable and seem to last a decent amount of copies.

Great printer for someone that does a good amount of work from home. The photo quality is okay but i am have not messed with the settings which could help. Overall i am happy with the printer.

Believe the hype, this printer does what it says it will do! in a time where it seems printers are made for obsolessence - this one is a real worker. i can scan to my flash drive, make copies. great investment

Able to coonect with the lap top but not the desk top. Dont know why. Too busy to work on this problem so dont want to recommend or reject yet.

Works great with the exception of always seeming to give a paper type compatibility message that has to be cleared each time I print. Probably something I need to read up on to prevent.

Always a loyal customer of another brand, I tired of having problems early in the life of the machine. Decided to go with one completely different in every way. Wise decision. Very pleased with Epson all-in-one.

Got this all in one for my home office. It works well and didn't take too long to set up. I do prefer the scanning options from the WF 3540, but all in all it does what it needs to do.

It prints very well on regular paper but not in special label paper. I'll try changing the paper settings, but that's an expensive Hail Mary.
