I use the wireless function and like the convenience. Now that it's nearly a year old I'm having problems printing only black documents. Need to clean the heads often.

I should have done more research first but the price I was right ! I don't like how the tray for the paper and for how it comes out it seems cheap

This printer WF-3620 works flawlessly whether I'm printing from my laptop, smart phone or from my desk computer. This is the best printer I have ever bought.

Bought for my son-in-law, a pastor, so he could be on his laptop and print wirelessly. He can also copy documents or print pictures. He was happy to learn his printer could have an email address.

Good printer for the price purchased. But cartridges is expensive than printer, but if someone need for minimum usage it is definitely right now purchase

I've had this printer about a year and I'm already having problems with it. It doesn't print straight. It was great for the first 8 months.

Good product. Have used Epson printers for many years. Currently own four of them. The Epson Scan software is good and I find having all of my printers from one manufacturer makes life easier.

I have been an HP printer buyer for a long time but I am getting very tired of buying ink all the time. This one is very conservative on ink. Unbelievable. Probably half of what I used to buy.

replacing older version of same model of Epson. Love this printer! Although, a little harder to set up than the instructions led me to believe, I figured it out and love this machine!

This was a replacement of satisfactory product. Age with function were reasons for replacement and the expectation that this will equally satisfactory.

Got this on sale. I still haven't figured out how to scan to my desk top hence only 4 stars. No REAL instructions. Even using google still unable to find useful information.

Excellent home copier and printer! Excellent quality, professional looking copies. Economical cartridges needed.... making it more economical than other printers.

Love this Printer. I have always bought HP Printers in the past, but this Epson is great. It has regular sized buttons instead of a little digital screen that you almost have to use a stylist on.

Didn't want to spend a whole lot on a printer that is rarely used but necessary. Salesman was helpful with my questions and made comparisons that enabled me to make my selection with confidence!

this all in one works smoothly and is efficient with a very easy to use two sided print option. this printer also turns itself off when not in use. Ithink the color could be bolder.

A very good all-in-one printer for students and/or small businesses. After weeks of using it, paper jam occurs more likely when paper not shuffled before putting to tray.

this was easy to set-up and works great with both our Apple products and our windows machine. We can easily also print from our phones and ipads. Printing is fast and quiet.

I particularly enjoy Epson for their non-streaky inks. The scanner here is terrific and I enjoyed the WIFI connection with all the devices in my house I can print from...

I have always been a fan of Epson printer. Does what I needed for. Best feature are the individual ink cartridges. Scans, copies and prints in good resolution. Tray adjustable for paper.

So easy to install this printer. Wanted something that i could remote print from my lap top and it works great. So happy with my purchase. Doesn't scan black and white pictures very well though.
