Although still being sold as a new unit although it is out of production, it is still a very capable unit. BUT should not be sold as a "newly introduced" unit as the sales person told me.

I purchased this printer mostly for my wife, the options to have a separate feeder was important to her along with double sided functionality. We are happy with it so far.

This product has proven consistent quality with every customer we install it for. Also being able to buy aftermarket ink cartridges at great prices with high quality is a big plus!

I purchased Epson Workforce WF-3620 on sale. I was considering it at full price but was very happy when it went on sale. It gets relatively light use as a home computer.

The printer works really well and with the software that comes with it the scanner is great. I haven't tried the wireless feature yet or the FAX feature. I like Epson products very much.

This Printer lasted over year!!!! Very Impressed!!! I have bought over 100 of these printers and they last at least a year or 2. Which in todays day is pretty good.

Needed a new color printer for a couple projects and didn't want to spend a lot of money. This printer is great for the price. And starter ink cartridges are still going strong.

It prints and scans without any problems so far. I've had it for about 2 months and it does what I need it to do for household tasks. Its small and works great via WiFi.

This is a very good printer that fits all of my needs. I gave it 4 stars because the ink runs down pretty quick and we know how expensive those are.

Good printer. Very heavy. Works good if you follow the instructions. Wireless hookup was a lot easier to do then other brands that I have used in the past.

I went in looking for a wireless printer to use from my tablet found this printer and for the price I couldn't pass it up

my first one failed after about a year but I had the service plan and Best Buy took it back and replaced it no questions asked. Best $10 I could have spent.

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD LUCK USING EPSON PRINTERS. THIS MACHINE WAS NOT EASY TO SETUP, I AM NOT A "TECHY". I HAD THE GEEK SQUAD SET THE MACHINE UP AND IT IS RUNNING GREAT.

Good little printer. The only issue is the ink is so expensive that you need to consider buying a new printer for a little more than the cartridges cost.
