Customers are saying

Customers have good things to say about the WorkForce WF-3620's print quality, ease of use, and wireless functionality. Many appreciate its reasonable price and compact size, along with the convenient setup and inclusion of fax and scanning capabilities. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud during operation and have noted challenges with the paper tray. Overall, the positive feedback on key features outweighs the reported minor drawbacks.

We got this printer as the deal of the day and are happy with the amount of features it has for the money. We haven't used it long enough to know how long the ink lasts.

So far so good. This is a great printer. I've hooked it up to my iMac and am also able to AirPrint from my iPhone. Very fast inkjet printer. No troubles with it so far at all.

I am happy with it so far, my last one, same model broke, but I still found best reviews on this one so I bought it again, this time I got an extended service contract.

Got the printer on sale. It looks the same as my old all in one epson workforce 545 but the ink is a little cheaper and that's the reason I got it.

I work from home and print daily. Works great although I wish I could wireless scan to my laptop. It has to be a WSD enabled computer or laptop which my Lenovo isn't.

The printer is great. The only problem I had with it is that it kept dropping the WIFI connection. So I hard wired the printer now it works great.

I am just beginning to use the printer. The setup and sync with the computer was very difficult with no instructions provided and almost no on-line guidance.

We bought this printer primarily for the auto feed function when scanning. Hooked it up directly to our router and can print remotely throughout the house. Works great.

From unpack to print was a simple process. Clear instructions and net connection very smooth. Epson meets quality and budget expectations.

The first printer I bought was an Epson, now I'm happy to say I'm back as the other brands that I tried had an issue with wireless operation or ink or both.

Prints, scans and fax works fine. Printing photos or greeting cards are not high quality. Had a H P photosmart printer which was much better quality!

I love this printer. You print things from your phone, copy papers and do fax. I just don't like that the printer has to be on to print things from your phone.

I use my home printer for telework print jobs, printing recipes and airline tickets, and for my hobby of creating handmade cards. I bought this particular printer based on it's functions, especially wireless printing, and the great reviews you all gave it. As promised, it was easy to set up, and we really liked the wirelss printing function. I work in emergency response (fire), so for three to four months, depending on the year, I am not home enough to use it much. Well, this thing doesn't work if you don't use it often. All I know is that it would accept the print job and make the printing noises, but nothing printed to the paper. I bought new ink with the same results. I took it to Geek Squad and they told me they can't repair it, so my one year old printer had to be thrown away (recycled). Sorry; that makes this a peice of doo-doo. I further researched and replaced this with a Canon laserjet which has toner and not ink, so it can actually sit idle with no detriment. It was twice the cost but won't have the same issue.

When my wife needed a new printer, we chose the Epson Workforce 3620. My WF-3620 had already proven itself. Now the same ink cartridges workfor both machines.
