This WorkForce WF-3620 is just as the name implies

Excellent scanner . You cannot go wrong with it.

No amount of cartridge cleaning and alignment helps these printers. They don't last at all. We had 5 in our office, less that a year old. All being trashed and replaced by HP OfficeJets which have been far more reliable.

This printer does everything we wanted it to do. Having one machine that can print, scan, copy, and fax is perfect...and it's wireless!

It could be user error or the internet connection but it works well when it just does the right thing. Other times it prints blank or goes individual even when double sided is selected. Good when all goes right though.

I like the printer and it works well, except for printing envelopes. Process is difficult to print envelopes, especially from the rear sheet feeder-not very intuitve. My last Workforce was much easier to print envelopes.

Colors are not as vivid under any setting. Same as many 3640 just one paper tray. Okay for just regular printing, not for an application that you need good, vibrant coverage.

Easy to set up; Generally a decent printer although the print isn't very dark and crisp. Great for routine home use but probably wouldn't use it for professional work or for printing "keeper" pictures. Price was reasonable

Able to this set up this product for copying and printing, but it was a struggle, still haven't figured out how to scan items and send them to the computer, lack of details for doing this make this a challenge.

The scanner works like a charm. However, it took a while to get the black ink to work. I still have problems with colors inks. In addition, the cartridges that came with the printer didn't last long.

We purchased in 2015 and had to toss it by 2017. Started to glitch, freeze and my items that would print, all ended up with ink streak marks. Even after aligning it, the issue never could be resolved.

Purchased for wife for her home office. She likes it. Uses Ethernet to connect. Physically connects to laptop and desktop, (back and forth) with no problems. Still have the ink issue (buying/replacing).

Works great, but uses an insane amount of ink - which isn't at all cheap Sometimes paper is wet from the ink. Often streaky when printing large blocks of color. Color sometimes uneven.

If you do alot of scanning, then this printer is not for you. Everytime you want to scan something there are just too many things you have to do to get to "Scan". Alot of wasted time.

I bought it on the 27th of feb. today is 3/28/16. Product no longer prints and tosses errors left and right. Problem with printer head according to support. Thank god for the service plan...

May be just a fluke but the copier broke in 2 months with little use. When the black ink ran out it signaled to change cartridge which we did. It still signaled need black ink so we changed it again, same result but now I am out 2 cartridges. Rebooted reinstalled disk....no luck. Had to return it

Went for different product. Out of stock. Had to buy this one and then go back because no cable. Scan interface takes a degree. Works vert well once you figure it out.

can't get any English speaking people after calling about four times for help to set up printer.I think i will return it.
