I've had issues with this printer - needed a rebot in the middle of a print project on two occasions and I feel I go through ink more quickly than I should.

Did not match best price even though was shown ad of same printer at another location.Therefore Bes Buy did not honor their ad promise of meeting lowest price.

I had it for a little over a year and quit working. Kept giving error code. Did what said and still kept getting code. Didn’t like fax.

Had problems with HP so I thought i would give Epson a try. Not a good choice. After 8 months the fax decided not to work anymore. Phone lines all checked out ok. About 2 months ago print would be distorted on several lines, but only in black. Cleaned print head, nope. Got new ink cartridge, nope. Now I have error code 0x97. Tried several hours of troubleshooting, nothing. Did I just get a lemon? Nope!! I guess it is Friday the 13th, after all.

Super slow speed so far even for someone not crazy about speed. Planning on returning.

Unresolved problem: the machine does not print addresses in the correct positon on a #10 envelope. I worked with Tech. and they went to work on the computer which runs on Windows 10. Changes were made but were not effective. The envelope is printed with the bottom portion of address only on the upper edge. A full sheet printed with same settings shows the print off to one side.

All features work as advertised, However, the plastic material feels very flimsy. Care must be taken to avoid breaking.

I have no problem with printer itself. But software made changes to my drive which I can not correct. Very troublesome. Good product but beware

Not intuitive to set up and wireless was a bit challenging. Biggest negative is the touch screen very small and not responsive enough.

It's ok but had problems with it only a month after purchase. And Best Buy would do nothing to help as never took geek squad. Ridiculous

This is a replacement printer fr my previous Epson. It performs ok, but we have had problems with the Epson drivers and Windows10.

Good price, bought it instead of ink for my older printer. Read the reviews online and decided to return it as it was an impulse buy.

So purchased and lasted 8 months so had to get another one. Thank goodness I had the protection plan. I returned and bought same one again as I thought just a weird situation for it to only last 8 months??? So now the new one will not sync to my computer even after a ton of time with getting all old software off to then download again. Not really impressed and going back to an HP as I had an HP before this for 15 years.

I like the printer I like the way it printed but the feed in the back would not work it would get stuck and not feed properly

The printer worked fine first year. It stopped working 14 months and worst service from Epson. Don't waste your money.

Had given good service at the start, but I'm having problems with the printer now, after only a couple of months. Disappointing.

This replace the same model. The only reason why I bought it is that I had extra ink cartridges. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON!!. I had the old one for 18 months. about 16 months the black print started to print fuzzy and inconsistent. Tried everything. Called Epson told them what I did to try to fix it. They said that the only option was to replace the printer head. It was cheaper to buy a new one.

The main problem is the color. It seems like the color isn't dark like on the box. It seems like it have great features.

Got this printer/copier/scanner for a steal. It works great and connects to wi-fi so you can print from anywhere.

Print quality isn't very good, It is very complicated to use and the price of ink is expensive!
