Epson WF 3620 has been discontinued. Worked well until ink cartridges got clogged regularly.

Uses too much ink, or the ink capacity is too small for large print jobs. By large I mean 50 pages or more.

This printer does far too much for a simple home office and is consequently far too complex for a general user.

Having had 3 previous Epsons, this one by far is the most difficult to use successfully. I like very much all the bells and whistles this one has, yet there are frequent times where it does not communicate with my desk top. ..disengaging from default printer to a defunct printer. Also, there are many keys on the printer itself for which the use is not clear.

Cost is high for number of pages printed. I would select a different printer manufacturer next time.

I purchased this printer in February 2017 to replace my 6 year old Cannon printer and to print a 12 page report in color. That was the last time it worked correctly. It was only used for 4-5 jobs for 1-2 pages and every time, I needed to clean the print heads to get a semi-decent print (never a quality print). I kept putting off troubleshooting it and printed stuff at work until this past weekend where I replaced the ink cartridges (still had starter cartridges that came with it). It still didn't fix the problem. When I looked into it again today, it gave me an 0x97 error code. I tried multiple fixes recommended online to include Epson's own website (https://www.epsonprintersupport247.com/epson-0x97-error-fix/) and nothing fixes it. This $180, two year old printer has printed a maximum of 25 pages and now it's a large paper weight. I'm never buying another Epson printer again.

I had a problem setting up the wifi to my laptop and I have a problem figuring out how to print.

As a senior I am experiencing some difficulty with touching the controls in order to operate..

I ended up returning this unit because the text quality isn't as good as a hp of the same caliber.

I don't understand why a "new" printer would no longer be eligible for updates???!!!

All and all printer works fine, but setting it up as an air printer has been painful

I have a lot of connection problems. I have to uninstall and reinstall a few times

Worked a couple of hours on setup. Repeatedly got 2 software errors. Went to Epson online support. One of the error codes was not found; the other suggested I take to authorized repair location. Got paper jam message half a dozen times; sometimes there was a jam, other times, no jam. Each time I got an error or jam message, I had to start over selecting language, setting date/time. etc. Finally gave up and returned it to Best Buy and bought an HP that pretty much set itself up.

Printer is good, but cost wayyyy too much for replace ink

Guess is pretty much same as any printer. Wish it were a little easier to use.

easy to install buy the ink run out quickly you will sent time buying inks

Worked for about a year and a half, then suddenly died.

Not the best model has printing glitches but bestbuy did offer to replace

Very disappointed with item not easy setup and will not stay connected online
