Great Features, but...

The error message states that the internal board is bad and it cost about $113 to fix. For almost $200 this printer should have last longer. Disappointed.

Nothing but failure and wasted time

I have had nothing but failure. I have yet to be able to print anything and have wasted over 4 hours of my time with useless and rude technical support, I haven't gotten it to print wirelessly not even once. And when running print tests it still doesn't print clearly. I've replaced ink cartridges, cleaned nozzles, all the maintenance tasks that can be completed and still can't tell what it's printing. Definitely the worst printer that I have ever purchased. This thing is going out the window.

Difficult to operate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I still cant get the scanner to work in conjunction with the paper feeder. I get a paper size error message. The ability to print from a phone is cool and works, but that is about all I am happy about.

Not happy with this printer

Cleaned it per instruction but it just got worse. There's no way to just replace the printhead so I ended up buying a new printer. This was not even a year old!

Big and complicated

I'm computer literate but got so irritated trying to set this thing up I didn't ever finish. It was probably more printer than I needed anyway. I'll stick with my little HP all in one.
