paper jam frecuenly fax do not print report other than that is ok I will add that this printer is for someone that do faxes ones a year Epson is not my brand name on printers but this one was on sale

I have had three of these printers. The first one died in 10 months and they sent a new one. The second one lasted over a year...but I had so much ink, I had to purchase another printer Good luck.

I own a small printing business and own 5-6 printers. I have owned many printers over my lifetime and this one is the worst. It printed a couple times and then clogged up and hasn't printed good since. I have done the maintenance on it and it only got worse. So frustrating when you need it to work and it just won't. I have lost so much time trying too get it to work. I will never buy a cheap work force all-in-one again. Extremely disappointed.

We tried setting up the printer with the DVD enclosed. It would not work. I had to call someone at Epson for help. She emailed me the correct instructions for Windows 10. It still doesn't work.

I dont like the way for this printer When I scan it must have to pairing with PC or Mac or Cloud I cant send derectaly to email from printer

Great functionality and is great while it works BUT this is the 3rd one I've gone through and while customer support and extended warranty's are fine, when you need to print you need to print. Frustrated that I need to go through the hassle of a product that stops printing. With this latest purchase it stopped working in 3 months. I contacted Epson and they replaced it but it's a week without a printer. Only reason I kept with Epson is I keep buying new cartridges that are $60/each and wanted to use them.

Cycle time for printing was extremely slow. Wasn't sure half the time if it was going to print or just make noises. Took it back within a week of purchase.

I had a hp printer before. It was very easy to use. I bought the Epson printer and have found it not to be user friendly. It was a bad choice for me.

I find the scanner is extremely slow. Printing via wifi is also slow especially for non-text. Spend a little more to get a better quality printer

Really, build quality seems ok, it's a nice size, and the scanner works well, but print quality is horrible. No amount of cleaning cycles or new ink cartridges will remove the lines that show when printing anything beyond black and white text. Unfortunately, I was past the return window by the time I realized it.

I purchased the Epson WF-3620 and the Fax never worked. I exchanged it for the Epson WF-3720 and am much happier with that product.

My worst buy. I am so frustrated. I plan on returning this item. It takes at least 15 mins. or more to complete a double-sided document.

one of the worst printer i have ever owned. this printer didn't even last me a year. around 7 months into using it i started getting error saying ink cartridge is not recognized please check cartridge. i was able to troubleshoot it at first but it kept happening even though it was epson cartridge. luckily i had bestbuy's replacement warranty and i was able to get a different printer.

I will never again waste my time purchasing an Epson product. I've had plenty of printers at home and work, over the years and this was hands down the worst printer I have ever attempted to use. I tried all three types of connections offered and the thing would work sometimes. I took it back to Best Buy after two weeks of failure and went right back to HP. Which by the way, I've very happy with!

Printer works well. Replacing the ink is expensive and complex with colors

I wish i bought something better, when i make copies i have a thick white line going thru the page, ive tried everything and its still there, the fax is so low idk if it goes thru so i always have to follow up with a phone call to ensure the other party has received it, i wouldnt purchase this printer again

And it's been nothing but issues and problems. I am so annoyed over this purchase...worst I've ever made electronics wise. I will never buy another epson. I've gotten maybe 5 months of use out of it. Decided to give it another try and just wasted money on black ink because still probs and it won't print a thing!!
