Well, it worked (with some difficulties) until today - one month after my extended warranty ran out. Now it is stuck in a loop where it tells me to turn it off - which I do - and then when I turn it back on it again tells me to turn it off.

Takes a long time to print simple text. Goes offline easily.

Only disadvantage is the cost of replacing ink cartriges

Spend the extra money for a later model like the XP-800

After a only owning it for a few months and barely using it, I get the error message saying the print head is clogged. I go through the steps it says to resolve the issue, but it doesn't fix it. Luckily, I got Geek Squad Protection and swapped it for an HP.

stopped working in less than 2 years, did contact epson support for help.They asked me to clean nozel head cleaning.I did as they instructed and end up loosing new ink.I wasted my money on this

I've used the printer less than 20 times and it no longer prints black ink. Other colors are faint. I've replaced cartridges and tried troubleshooting directly with Epson to no avail. I would not recommend this printer

Incredibly frustrating experience. Don't buy. The software was defective and perhaps the board as well . I tried to download and install software from the manufacturer's website twice. After six hours I returned the printer to BestBuy.

Could not get the printer to print more than one page or images.Updated drivers, firmware. Talked to Epson tech depart for an hour no luck. They said it was my computer. I returned it and bought an HP, plugged it and it worked fine.

This printer was horrible to connect to my computer. I had to call Epson 4 times in first 2 days of receiving it for help. Then it keep dropping its connectivity. I couldn't print or scan. I had to return it.

From the day I brought it home, it was nothing but trouble. Connection errors. Clogged cartridges. Bad paper feeds. The worst printer I have ever owned.

Sending back for same reason as other users: Get a "Scanner Error...Error Code: 0 x 10" mssg.

I was really upset when I purchased this Epson printer. I never had such a printer that did such a poor job of printing. The output was very dim. I will never buy another Epson product!

Good print quality, fast printing and best of all EASY set up. Just pop in the CD follow the prompts and the printer does almost everything automatically. In just a matter of 5 minutes my printer was set up, connected to my WiFi network and I was printing. It's even extremely quick and easy to print from my iPhone. Epson made setting this printer up and start printing easy even for tech dummies.

The color ink did not look good on the paper after the first print. My hopes were up about this printer and it did not meet the expectations the description said it would.

I'm returning this. I fax one page an get 3 faxes. I fax 3 pages an get maybe 1 page then I might get another page and 1/2 but never 3 pages. Faxes does not work. Do not buy

This printer was defective. The touch control panel would not work correct and the scanner was not functional. Had to returned it and exchanged it for another printer.

I will NEVER buy ANYTHING with Epson on it EVER again! I wouldn't give this printer to a schoolchild. Not at all easy to use, and their support desk is useless.

Bought this on the recommendation of the Epson rep in the store. It wouldn't sync with my computer and couldn't handle Windows 10. Took it back within a few days.

Will not stay connected to Wifi. I have to reeenter my password constantly. Uses a lot more ink than my other printers. Takes forever to print.
