Customers are saying

Customers have good things to say about the WorkForce WF-3620's print quality, ease of use, and wireless functionality. Many appreciate its reasonable price and compact size, along with the convenient setup and inclusion of fax and scanning capabilities. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud during operation and have noted challenges with the paper tray. Overall, the positive feedback on key features outweighs the reported minor drawbacks.

Paper jams almost every time. Won't print or copy without a jam. Have to open up, remove jam, then watch it jam again when you try again. SUCKS!

Bought this printer, then returned it and got a canon printer. This printer was terrible, the simplicity of a basic printer is gone.

The WorkForce WF-3620 seems to use the maximum possible ink for the fewest prints. This thing really goes through ink!

    NICE PRINTER FOR HOME

I just received my printer. It was easy to connect to wifi; however, I am not able to copy anything. I don't know if it is me or the copier. It copied once when I first connected it. Since I connected to wifi, I cannot get it to print. I am going to call customer service in the morning. Other than that, it was very simple to set up and to connect the wifi. The paper loads nicely from the back, and the ink was very simple to install. I really like this printer, I am just hoping I find out why it is not printing. The printer comes with minimal instructions for set up, but you don't really need to look at them to set it up. I just wish the whole manual was provided, but you can look it up on the internet which was not a big help for my printing problem. I scanned something, and it scanned slow; however, it prints very nicely and pretty fast for a home printer. I like that the directions stated the ink will not run or smudge. The ink also comes in black and the other colors are each separate which is more cost efficient. Apparently, you can use your cell phone to print. I haven't set that up yet. It can fax too, but I haven't set that up as I hardly fax, but when I have to fax something, it is going to be so convenient.

I was looking for a fax printer with double sided print and scan capability, and this printer fit the bill. I have always had good luck with Epson in terms of reliability and print quality, so that affected my decision as well. This printer has been outstanding so far in all areas. Setup was easy and flawless following Epson's setup wizard. I downloaded drivers from Epson's site and set it up as a wireless printer on my windows 8 machine. Printing from laptops, phones and tablets works well. 250 page paper tray, 35 page Dual sided ADF, Double sided print, additional rear paper feed, touch screen display and Precisioncore printing. This one can't be beat. I'm very happy with my purchase which was on sale at the time.
