I bought this printer because i was always a fan of Epson printers and the fact that this one was on sale helped. Had it for a little over a year bought the XL black cartridge, figured it would cost less in the long run. Every few jobs i have to reset the printer, even though all updates are current, the black ink always looks smudged or like it is about to run out of ink.

Like this printer for a number of reasons....one big one is that it is NOT HP. (can you tell I'm sick of their proprietary stuff). Have not had time to figure out how to print from my Android devices yet but I am sure I will. Love the large paper drawer.

This is a good printer and copier for home use. It is a great value for it's price range. Scanning capabilities are lacking. That could be because of the scanning software included with the machine or the machine itself. I intend to try 3rd party scanning software.

This thing is great. I don't use it daily, or even weekly, but I'm still surprised it works so well.

Last February was the first time I purchased a non-HP printer and I regret it now. I always had issues with a problem occurring with installation stating I did not have a particular DLL file. So, even though the printer works I still have to deal with these popup error messages repeatedly appearing on my screen. I am unable to print a decent photo because it will not recognize the paper. By the way, I called tech support a few times in the beginning to no avail. I am hoping that Best Buy will take this back under warranty and allow me to purchase another.

Works fine with our son's Windows 10 machine but routinely fails with our Mac. We constantly get "filter not found" print errors and the only way to fix that is to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. Huge waste of time. We are moving on to a different brand.

This is a good printer for a small business and at a really good price. The top loader is great for running copies quickly. Has the ability to use larger ink, so you don't have to buy as often.

I'm writing this review as I shop for a replacement for this printer. I guess it is just the nature of ink jet printers that they have a pretty short life span. I have owned every brand of ink jet out there and this one turned out to be no better than the rest. It performed great at first, but with time the quality started dropping off to the point that it is no longer worth using. The issue with my printer in particular is that the print heads are clogged so badly that they won't open back up and it constantly smears everything it prints and has gaps and lines all through the things it prints. Photos are completely out of the question. The print heads on this unit are permanently mounted in the printer. This is different from printers like HP where the print head is on the cartridge and you are getting a new print head each time you replace the cartridge. It makes the ink less expensive for the Epson, but over time I have had more and more issues with the print head clogging and no matter how many times I perform a print head cleaning it will not go back to the way it used to print. There are some methods of cleaning the print head with a syringe and some type of cleaning fluid, but I have not gone to that extent of trying to repair the printer myself.

I have owned this unit now for about six months or so. It prints great. I haven't had a problem with paper jamming which was my problem with my previous printer (an HP product). What I do have a problem with is that when one of the four ink cartridges is low - this unit has four separate cartridges, one for black and one for each of the primary colors - and when one cartridge is low in ink, the machine will no longer allow you to print. So, even if you're printing a black and white document and you're low on yellow ink, you can't print the document. It doesn't allow you to 'pinch pennies' and get the most mileage (so to speak) from your cartridges by allowing the other colors to print the document. I really dislike this feature. It would be a great printer - I would give it four stars if it wasn't for this particular thing - but because of this particular thing I want to give it less than the 1 star I've awarded it.

This printer did everything I needed. It lasted about two years, the same as my previous Epson printer. It seems they can't make a printer that lasts These are disposable I guess, as their money is really made on the ink. This workforce printer's touchpad quit working, and the quality of the print has become very poor. I am probably a light user, printing just a couple pages a week for home use.

After a few months got tis error that Epson said can't be fixed and I should bring to get repaired of course at my expense - Who repairs a $ 100 printer. Trust me - Do Not Buy This printer - Early reviews are good but after 9 months its useless.

Allows me to do all of the all in one features I expect with great paper handling capabilities.
