After buying and returning an HP printer because it would not connect to my computer, I was pleased that the Epson was easy to install. The printer is clear with nice quality. My opinion on cost of ink is waiting on length of service for the cartridges.

It has all the features I want on an AIO. Set up was a breeze. The printing, scanning and faxing features were fast.The orints were sharp.

Not purchased for myself, but as a gift. The person bought for, loves it and thinks it is great for their new home office.

I LOVE the Epson WF-3620. It does everything I need & more for my home office - and is simple to operate. I particularly love the way it handles scanned documents. It allows you to put them into the folder from which they will be used as they are scanned. The printer I had before this filed scanned documents into some obscure folder from which you had to transfer them into your working folder for the current project. The other "to die for" feature is the automatic double sided printing. That, alone, will save me many, many hours.

I am happy to have replaced my older printer with the new Epson printer and have been pleased wit print quality and ink cartridge life.

I love this printer. We print from our tablets, smart phones, and the laptop. Great quality color prints.

Setup was quick and easy. Print speed is really fast, and the best feature for me was the Automatic Duplex SCANNING. What a time saver!

I was looking for a simple printer for my home office. This one is just the right size and does just what I need to get the job done.

Easy setup, easy to use, and quality of print is very good.

Easy set-up for this printer. The software is a bit clunky, especially for scanning but overall good. It's not what you would call quiet but not overly loud either. It does cycle a few times each day which can be a bit distracting. Other than that, very fast printing and seems to go easy on the ink.

Haven't used it much yet. Bought it to use with our i-pads and it's done a great job so far.

The printer's wireless feature was great! Very easy to set up. Everyone in the house can use the printer without cable connections.

This printer was easy to set up and works when we need it to. Individual ink cartridges are more economical also.

I'm in love with so many things this has to offer! #1 AirPrint from my computer from my phone. #2 double sided documents printed without having to flip the paper. #3 cartridges are separate for each color so if you run out of blue you replace the blue. #4 print quality is excellent! #5 price point is extremely affordable.

Was very easy to connect to my desktop and 2 laptops when U-verse upgraded the modem.

Worked right out of the box. Connecting to my wireless network took a little effort but once it was I was printing.

Great print quality. Keep in mind I am not printing photos. Stays connect to my network with quick initial print.
