The print quality is not the best but the printer is quick and it allows me to print from my phone and tablet. There are virtually no customizations when printing on the computer.

I'm a teacher, and I bought this all-in-one to go on my desk at school in September 2016. I travel to different classrooms during the day, so being able to print wirelessly is imperative. The best part of this product is the feeder for the scanner. I regularly have 15-20 page documents that need to be scanned, and I can now do it right at my desk while eating lunch. No more running half way across school to scan papers. Makes life so much easier. I also like that it prints double-sided. What convenience!! Well worth the price. I'm thinking of getting one for home now. You won't be disappointed!

I depend on wireless printing and this printer does it well. A little noisy when using but that's minor. The ink prices are reasonable too. Would recommend.

I purchased this printer to replace a 6+ year old Epson All in One. I actually went to Best Buy pick up one of the Ink Tank models but was turned off by the look and feel of the $300 model. After speaking with a Best Buy associate for about 15 minutes I settled on the time tested version of what I had before. Ink on this model cost much less than the old one I had and that was the reason I wanted the Ink Tank model but I couldn't justify the extra cost. We use the scanner often and even use the fax once in a while besides printing the kids school projects. Great all around value!

Quick to set-up; easy to use. Good quality printouts. So far no error messages that couldn't be resolved easily. Replaced on old HP that was very troublesome.

Very pleased with this purchase. Easy setup, wireless printing , separate ink color cartridges. Software easy to use. I've scanned quite a bit, works great.

I have super satisfied with this all in one printer. Everything is super easy to set up. The quality is great. I feel that for the price I got a great deal.

This printer makes excellent copies. It is so much better than the two HP printers, that both failed within two months of purchase. That is why I switched to an Epson.

I'm a full time college student and have three teenagers so I needed a home printer that could keep up with all of our school work. This printer has been great! It prints extremely fast, the ink is very vibrant and doesn't smear when you use a highlightet like my old printer. The scanning and copy feature is awesome, you have all the options for adjusting copy sizes like you would on a large office printer. The touchscreen is easy to use and the install was very simple! I researched a ton of different printers before settling on this one and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase!

The WF-3620 is a printer, a scanner, a fax machine (if that's what you want) and a copier. It is also a real workhorse!

This printer does most tasks well. It makes good (not great) photo prints, and prints documents quickly and with high quality. There is NO manual, although most of the setup is easy. The Wi-Fi setup is neither easy nor intuitive. It took several hours of messing with the settings and adjusting the router to get it working. A printed manual would have been great. The document feeder and the scanner work fine. This is a good, medium priced basic all-in-one unit.

This was a replacement for another WF printer. Replacement ink is expensive, especially the high capacity ones. But it was not worth buying the eco-tank versions as I'm not a high volume printer. I'll just buy another brand new printer next year.

Was tired of paper jams and issues with old printer. This was easy to set up, prints well with wifi. Haven't used all features yet, but very happy so far!

I found this printer unbeatable for the money.I was replacing a Canon and now I am so glad I did. Ease of use and quality of the printed pages are impressive.

Easy to install and use, great print quality, and reasonably priced ink cartridges. A solid buy on a quality product. I will continue to buy Epson printers.

Simple to use but has all of the features a family with a teacher and kids who have homework. Allows for wireless printing, copying scanning photos.

It does everything I need and was a great price. Very easy to set up. Did have to call the 800 customer service over a user error - and the help desk was fabulous. Would buy an Epson again just for that.

I was using this printer for 6 months and I'm very happy with functionality as well of quality print. I wish printer is a little quieter

good printer for both large and small print jobs at a very reasonable price. Simple instructions to setup and connect to the internet.

This printer/copier/fax has performed well! The only improvement that I suggest is a more d-e-t-a-i-l-e-d set of instructions. The directions instruct to TO do something, but how to UNDO and troubleshoot are lacking.
