good all in one printer. easy to use. fast. didn't have to replace ink yet hopefully i don't have to replace too often

I still have this printer and haven't ever had any issues with it. Able to mobile print and setup on my home network. It as able to connect to the 5 GHz band and it comes with the auto loading paper as well as the automatic document feeder. This was a steal. I cannot believe when I chose to purchase a new printer I was swayed by the new EcoTank when this WorkForce Printer has been a WORKHOUSE!

Purchased for my wife's classroom - it handles the heavy use load a math teacher places on it - she feels it is one of the best printers she has owned and the scanner works very well.

Good at beginning, few issues in trouble shooting and technology issues but overall very good with good customer seevice

I use all Apple products so I purchased a printer that offered air-print capabilities. I was unable to get computer, iPad or iPhone to recognize the printer. My call to Epson support resulted in a recommendation to download an app from which to print. This was unacceptable to me so I was transfered to the next higher level of support personnel. He walked me through a procedure that took me into a printer menu via the IP address and I was then able to print wirelessly without the use of the app. I had been unable to find this procedure anywhere in the printer's documentation or even at an on-line help site. Epson should definitely put this information somewhere in the printer's documentation or on their support website. Also, this printer does not do a superior job with printing color photos. It is not a photo printer, but my previous all-in-one device, which was an HP did a better job. On the plus side, this printer is compact and takes up much less desk space than many other all-in-one units. The LCD panel is easy to read and the ink cartridges are less expensive to replace than with my previous unit.

Easy to set up. Hooked into wifi efficiently. So far I have had no problems. I am waiting to see how long ink lasts.

I have purchased 7 of these and can say they are all performing as expected. The ink refills are reasonable and colors can be changed individually as needed. I have several hp printers over the years but so far the Epson is superior.

I loved my previous HP printer, and this one comes very close. Disappointed in the scanning feature. I didn't know before I bought it that it doesn't scan 2-sided to 2-sided. Also, there is no way to interrupt the printer when scan is started (unlike when a print command is given). Other than this, I am very pleased with it. Fast and relatively quiet; sharp prints and copies. Nice colors.

I like the Epson - WorkForce printers. I purchased WF-3640 with 2 bins and I liked it. I needed another one in a remote office and did not need 2 bins and I liked the smaller size. BestBuy often has better prices than Amazon. It does seen to use a lot of ink but I really do not print heavy loads. I really like the scan features. I send a large number of emails that I need to attach scanned documents. Overall it is a good all-in-one printer and a very good price.

The printer works great but sometimes appears offline on my computer and was not compatible with Microsoft Windows 10 but i was able to get around that and make it work. So overall I am impressed with this printer.

The Epson Workforce WF-3620 is a great multi-function printer for everyday home office use. The print output quality so far has been very good. The print pages per minute speed is fast. The printer comes with a automatic document feeder, which is a nice feature to have when you are performing multi-page copying or scanning. The unit comes with a fax machine which is a feature I most likely will never use, since I don't have a landline. Overall the Epson Workforce WF-3620 performs well.

Printer was much easier than the older Epson printers to hookup to our wifi system. Quickly prints most black and white documents.

The printer was a snap to install! We love being able to just plug it in anywhere in the house, and connect to it over WiFi; it's even better when you can print using Google Cloud from work (or anywhere really) directly to your printer!

All functions work well. Fast printing. Easy scanning, great quality photo printing. Best printer for the price.

Just a little confusing to use the two sided printing option. But clear print and easy to load paper and ink.

I bought this as my old printer quit. It works great and so easy to set up!! I generally use wifi and have had no issues at all.

Really high quality print and very easy to use and setup. Scans documents accurately and sends them to wherever you designate.

Got this on sale would of paid full price good quality printer fast hold a good amount of paper easy setup love everything about it.
