This printer works efficiently. Ink cartridges are affordable. So far I am happy with it

I bought this to replace an Epson workforce 545, the only reason I replaced it was because I broke a gear while mishandling the duplexer, the price of the replacement duplexer was marginally less than this printer. It is faster than my 545, nice print quality. Glad I got it, aftermarket ink is fairly inexpensive. I still use the 545 with the single sheet feeder, maybe I'll find a cheap duplexer one day.

This printer does it all and does it with quality and ease. Recommend this to home users.

we use it at Duran's Body Shop & Wrecker Service on a daily basis. We send faxes, print estimates and forms, scan supplements and scan insurance and collision paperwork throughout the day with no issues. It prints fast and with great quality. It scans several items without a hitch and scan several items without problems. Usually, you get what you pay for, not this time... I got way more than I paid for.

Having used mostly HP printers I decided to try an Epson, and it is mostly a decent printer, though control panel is a bit confusing to learn at first. Really sucks the ink for the most part on color copies but print job is good for the most part. If you do a lot of standard black color printing a fine unit, but for a lot of color prints you might want to go to a higher model.

This printer was easy to set up and use. Print quality is fine for home use.

The Epson WF-3620 is an easy to operate printer that is very dependable. I especially like the automatic 2-sided copy feature. I also like that it can be set up to print remotely from an iPad or iPhone. A negative is that the printing is a bit slow. Also, the online directions for changing the ink cartridges did not advise how to move the head in order to open the cartridge cover.

We have always had HP printers, but I became frustrated with the high prices of the HP ink cartridges because of this we decided to try an Epson printer. So far the Epson printer has been fantastic with quality and quick printing and lower cost replacement ink cartridges. I particularly enjoy sending print jobs from anywhere; the print is there ready for me when I get home.

my husband was a little frustrated at first but he finally figured how to use the printer and now I think he is happy. Does what it supposed to do wifi printing.

This Epson is fantastic. My mother-in-law has the larger version workforce at her home and its performance influenced me to purchase its smaller cousin. This is great for college students and those who just want to have an affordable printer that prints at a high quality. If you're thinking about buying this but are on the fence, just pull the trigger and get this one, you will not regret it.

The Good: Nice size paper holder. Prints fairly quickly and I like that it prints front and back on paper. I like the back-load feature for heavier paper. The downfall: Not as intuitive to use as it appears and it can be quite frustrating to figure out. I have a better than average tech-savvy mind so I doubt I'm alone in this. While I love the back-load heavier stock feature, it does not always work and I have put heavy stock in the regular paper tray. Bottom LIne: I like the features, just not how they all work. My last printer was easier. For the majority of my needs, this printer is fine, yet I'm sure there are others that

This is an excellent printer / fax machine / scanner / copier! I could not be more happy with this purchase. Set up is very easy, and the paper supply rarely needs refilling.
