I bought this printer to replace a canon. The last printer kept disconnecting from our network. The printer is always ready and I like that. It just works.

This was my second WF3620. This can do anything that a far more expensive printer can.

At this time, it is very difficult to get any printer to work with Windows 10.

My husband tried to set it up first without following the directions and it wouldn't print. So I took everything apart and followed the steps and it worked fine. I have some difficulty with the wireless printing but I don't know if that's just a problem with my wifi.

We have several of these printers in my office at work. They work great so I suggested that my mother purchase one. She has not had any issues. I also bought one for my home office. After 9 months mine stopped working. I googled the error code. There were tons of posts regarding this problem and it didn't sound good I called Epson support and was told its a hardware failure which requires replacement. Fortunately I was still within warranty AND because I purchased online via my BestBuy account I was able to provide proof of purchase. Otherwise, I would be buying a brand new printer.

After 2 HP printers and the untimely failure of my all in one HP, I decided to try an Epson. While it is still early in its life, I've been impressed with the quality of the unit. I had some issues using a memory card and after calling support, found that while the unit can scan a document and store the document as a PDF onto the card, but it cannot retrieve the document from the memory card. Apparently the unit will only store and read jpg and tif files on the memory card. Nothing in the documentation or online manual tells you this. Also note that there is no way to delete documents stored on the memory card. You must use another device to do this. When accessing the printer from your computer, there is no way to access the memory card. Apparently Epson designed you to print from the cards, but for all intents management of the contents of the card is left to another device.

Great product. Would Have given 5 stars but there was 2 days where it continuously kept running paper thru and i couldnt get it to stop
