Love the printer. Ink seems to last longer than my previous printer. Also like that that it prints on 2 sides

I bought this all in one because I needed to fax about 75 pages and the cost to fax at Staples was extremely high. I went to Best Buy bought the machine went home pluged it in and faxed my documents. The cost was less than if I faxed the documents at Staples.

I really love this combined device, fast, good quality and easy to use.

I have been using espon for years and when i moved out i decided to buy a cannon printer, never again will i make that mistake you get what you pay for and this printer is amazing. From photos to documents this printer is flawless. I have used quite a few different printers in my line of work and the ease of use that epson offers is second to none you will love this printer.

Purchased without reviewing, however, am finding it to be a great purchase; just need to learn more about how to use to best advantage.

The drivers were easy to install. Print quality is good.

Prior to this purchase I has the Epson WF 3640. I was very satisfied for for the year that it worked, and then it suddenly died. I ordered the WF3620 on line from Best Buy that same day and picked it up at the store. When I went to pay for it, it was even less expensive than what I expected. Customer service was great while processing my purchase, and I could not be happier!

had an hp before this - printer was easy to configure and driver install was smooth. prints clean. wireless printing was easy to do. seal paper storage bin a plus. the only con would be switching between wired and wireless. i had to reconfigure the wireless settings after having it plugged in. it would be nice if the settings you put in were saved.

After getting burned by multiple HP printers it was time to change it up and I went for the Epson. Its dont everything I asked and more.

Epson printer was a gift to my grandson, a university student. He's had it a couple of weeks and told me how great this printer is for his purposes. Ease of setup - ease of use. I have an older model and told him I feel the same way about mine. He's very happy and so am I. We have large format Epson printers at work and they are also outstanding. I trust the name.

Ink consumption is fair, but I really like the fact that you can use XL sized black ink cartridges to reduce the cost and frequency of black ink changes.

I CHOSE THIS BRAND AND MODEL BECAUSE MY OLD HP 3 IN 1 KEPT PRINTING FADED/INCOMPLETE PAGES AND EVEN AFTER REPLACING THE MULTI INKS AND CLEANING PRINTER HEADS MULTIPLE TIMES STILL HAD ISSUE. THIS NEW PRINTER WORKS MUCH BETTER AND THE INK IS CHEAPER THAN MY PREVIOUS MODEL

Great printer/scanner . Easy to use . Easy set up and quick.

Very happy with how the printer works. Wireless setup was a breeze. Haven't been able to have the scan go directly to my email yet. However, very pleased.

I've had this just over a month and it works great! It fits the bill for what I needed it for.
